How are you building for $140 to $200 per square foot? I mean, the finishes here aren't top end but they aren't exactly the cheap late 90s early 2000s materials. That's amazing.

I hear ya, not quite sure how they got it so low, but the $200 per sqft is pretty close to avg cost here.

I would say it’s priced at $43,500 for the first house. The second house is at $28,700

I read somewhere it said that Detroit is lagging in single home construction permits. Do you have a different approach on the situation since that you are living in Detroit and that you are a real estate agent?!

Yea there just isn’t much single family construction in the city at all. Due to there being limited land areas to build on that would justify the costs. Build condos is more efficient from a budget standpoint so that’s all we mostly see in the city.
