Hey mate, no worries 😀 Glad the video helped you. It's an Evolution Aqua bracket. I have done a video on it called "Saltwater Tank Hanging Light Bracket 1200 | Evolution Aqua" if you want to check that out. Thanks for supporting my channel 😀
Hi.I was wondering how much more percentage wise you raised the numbers from this videos.I am currently cycling a 4 foot water box and have the same light at about the same height so looking for recommendations. Will be a mainly lPS and softies tank.Cheers great video
Hey, thank you very much. If you want to email me (reefdrama@gmail.com), I can send you the percentages from the video and also what they are now if that will help you. Of course, at the moment, I don't have any LPS, but it will give you something to go on. Just remember to slowly ramp the percentages up so as not to shock your corals. Thanks for supporting my channel 😀
Hi, this is a very informative video for newbies like me !! Don’t suppose you could share a copy the figures you finished up using could you please ? Iam a bit lost !!! Thanks
Hi Paul, thanks for your kind words 😀 Appreciate it a lot. If you can let me know your email address, I'll send it over to you. Thanks for supporting my channel 😀
Hi, once you have programmed the light to turn on at say 10am, ramp up and then eventually off at 10pm the rest of the hours (10pm to 10am) will be all set to 0% so you just leave it to do it all itself. Hopefully, that makes sense. Thanks for supporting my channel 😀
Hi, have you made sure that every channel is at 0% from when you want the light off until you want it back on again? Once you've checked, make sure you press ok on the remote to send it to the light. Thanks for supporting my channel
Also, just to check, you're on the Custom mode, and you've set the current time correctly? If still no joy, have you tried resetting back to factory settings and trying again? To reset do the following :- Press and Hold Menu + Power/Standby button at the same time to restore the factory settings. Then E9 appears, and the system will automatically delete all programmed data and return the remote to factory settings. Hope this helps 😀
I have the Evergrow it2040 (need to sell) then got it5060 all used not brand new , man I’m in love with the it5060 and just upgraded my marine tank from 200l to 300l damn the it5060 v2 is sexy and the remote, I’m thinking if I should get the it5080 hopefully I can get it for under £300 or get another it5060 and use both
Awesome. I guess it depends on what comes available first for you. Obviously with 2 units you will need to 2 power sockets but at least they can be programmed the same from the one remote I believe by having one off and pressing ok for the other and then swap it around until both are programmed 😀
Hello, the program on the paper is mine starting low, so I didn't shock my corals with the new light and I gradually increased the settings. Ideally, you need a PAR meter to truly know what %'s you need for the coral you want to keep, but it's probably a good starting point. Obviously, the light setting you go with will ultimately depend on how high the light is above the water surface, the corals you want to keep, and how you prefer it to look. More Blue or with some white in. I don't like mine being to be too blue 😀
@@ReefDrama thank you for you quik response. I will try to keep dhis program for 2-3 weeks to see how its working. I have 60 cm from the lamp to the bottom of the tank. The tank its 40cm high.
Hi, do you mean my light percentage chart with the timings on? Email me on reefdrama@gmail.com and I will send it to you. It's just my initial percentages to acclimate the corals. You will most likely need to increase the percentages after a short time to get the correct PAR and colour to suit your own requirements. Thanks for supporting my channel 😀
