2315 is max allowable for FITA (World Archery) competition for either recurve or compound. Fatboy and CXL are legal as well.

I'd love if they showed more archery on TV, but for me personally, UA-cam is far more convenient.

Do you use fatter arrows for indoors?

You would actually want smaller arrows since there is no wind to divert the arrow, therefore a smaller arrow would be ideal since it would be more precise indoors. Outdoors you would want a fatter arrow for all the wind and natural variables

@@josephdiesta1089 It's the other way around actually. Thinner arrows cut have less drag so they cut through the air better for the longer ranges of outdoor shooting. Since they shoot closer indoors, drag isn't as significant, so having thicker arrows that are more likely to hit lines on "close" shots are preferable. For instance, a slightly thicker arrow can make the difference between an arrow being a 9 and it touching the line and being a 10.

Well I am 110% sure they will not allow anything bigger than 2315 for FITA indoor. Any non World Archery rounds you are allowed a max of 2712. FITA's rule is 9.3mm diameter shaft and 9.4mm diameter point
