Now that is old school framing done by a craftsman. Watch closely, not too many Bob's around anymore. Pure skill and many years of learning. what an incredible ballet at 60' in mtn top winds. That is a beautiful design. Hats off to Bob and the team of high flying framers.
Yet again you've managed to get in people that really know the in's and out's of their profession - And what a joy to watch them building your home for you. Well done to all of you.
You mentioned in a much earlier video you were hoping to be roofed in by end of March. Looks like that goal might be met. Can you and Jamie discuss how COVID-19 is affecting your supplies, deliveries and planning. Things down here - off the mountain - are life changing crazy. Stay focused and stay well. Your faithful viewers are in full support of your forever home.
And I thought I worked hard! Wow, great job lads - can't wait to see the finished house :) To think people rave about acrobats - they need to watch skilled builders and roofers!
I just wanted to tell you, A Big Thank You . You’ve given my family and friends hope. No electricity no problem, our food will be cooked and preserved 👍🏻👏🏻😀 I love the way you give the lessons just excellent !and I am a big fan now! Bless you and yours! Caren -in California
Holy Sh**, I am pumped after watching this video! I can see the light at the end of this often challenging tunnel. I really can't express fully how happy I am for you guys. 😊
You really picked a knowledgeable and fearless building team. Your home is coming along at an amazingly fast pace. I am so thrilled for you and the girls. Stay safe.
I just love watching a good framing crew work. They make what looks complicated look so easy when they do it. Like you said, they know all the lil tricks and tip that a normal person would not even know about. And one thing I have to say, this crew does not let grass grow under their feet. They get after it. Well worth the money and OMG, what time they have saved you. Great job.
I can only imagine the excitement you guys feel seeing each step complete and watching it look more and more like a house. You won't know what to do with all that space after living in the trailer for so long. lol.
This one was much less scary ... But just as fascinating! Looking more like a house every minute. Totally love the design. Elegant! I keep forgetting to mention that I love the background music. It really fits. It's so fun watching your dream come true ❤
This sure beats the living quarters you had a few years ago back in the long haired hippy days ... I bet the crew is happy to have the income during the current times
I didn't flinch once seeing these guys working the way they do. If they weren't comfortable with working under these conditions they wouldn't do it. Then it's totally normal elsewhere in the world such as the ' horrible and backwards' Central- Eastern Europe where I'm from. The house is going to be great and the view is breathtaking. Looking forward to your next videos.
I can see how beautiful this is going to be in mind's eye. Having seen y'all's aesthetic tastes in pasta videos I cannot wait to see what y'all do with this space! Seeing the girl's rooms take shape had me thinking of them and wondering how excited they must be filled with the dreams of how they will make it their own space. I'll tell ya, in these trying times it is so good to see continued progress for y'all.
Hi, Bob and his crew are really doing an amazing job, the house is coming on so fast and efficiently built, before long you will have a beautiful home, thank you for sharing the journey with us, looking forward to seeing what you do next, hope the covid 19 doesn't course to many problems for you, stay safe and well.
Fascinating to see the difference in Occupational Health and Safety in your jurisdiction vs mine. This crew would have been shut down so fast in my area and the company owner fined so heavily he'd never be able work in construction again. Not to mention the fines that the property owner (you!) would be nailed with. No fall protection, no steal toed boots, no safety glasses, no hardhats. Terrifying to watch, yet amazing to see the skill that they have.
Bass Reeves No, safety is a culture. Here, none of these guys would have shown up without their kit and none of them would have worked at those heights without fall protection. This crew works without all the time and it’s shows in the confidence in which they move about. To each their own, I guess.
Wow...look how far you have come! I recently moved into the northern pines (Michigan). I have been quite busy setting up the new homestead so its been awhile since I checked in. Everything looks great. I bet you are excited!
That home is really coming together guys! Wow it's going to look beautiful. Way too short of a video this time. haha I guess I'll have to wait for the next one. What a crew Builder Bob has.
How they keep from "shooting" themselves with that nail gun is beyond me. I'm so clumsy, I wouldn't trust myself. These workmen are most definitely worth their wages! Congratulations on the build. :)
Love the build. Still a Lot of hard work a head. Great job on the videos as you progress through your build. You will finish and have that satisfaction of building your own home to completion. Can't wait to see how you finish the interior. Have fun ..keep smiling. You are doing a great job of it all. Love the new property too. Looking forward to the next video ...BB
11:45....another question answered. It's just small details like that, that are hard to find answers to, it's stuff that you don't think about when you have the "perfect" model/blueplans on paper but in the real world you have to figure out on the fly. Anyway, this is exactly what I need to know, basically, "how to level sill plates", without using shims. Thanks for pointing it out!
This is truly amazing, and exciting. I'm just so friggin happy for you guys. I want to hug you both! Lol! Yes, this looks really good, I love it. Thanks for the video!!
Be very happy I wasn't there during the opening scene. I would have said "Don't jump we can talk you down! Your girlfriend is on the way and your wife doesn't know!" Works every time to lighten up the mood.
Love watching the chickens and what to do. Building coop, babies etc. We have chickens too. We also have a huge garden 20x40. Love all this kind of things.
*Wow those guys are amazing at building, i cant wait to see the house completed and furnished its going to be beautiful, and you are such a cute couple, im a new subsciber and so looking forward to the future vlogs👍🏼*

The framers have done an outstanding job. And they have some “guts” at those heights they are working at. A+
Yet again you've managed to get in people that really know the in's and out's of their profession - And what a joy to watch them building your home for you. Well done to all of you.
He's an amazing carpenter... I was thinking why didn't you do the framing yourself - now I see how complicated it is..
Exactly
Probably saved at least a six month's work if he had tried to complete this himself.
Ya we debated it and I think we may have a video coming out soon
And I thought I worked hard! Wow, great job lads - can't wait to see the finished house :) To think people rave about acrobats - they need to watch skilled builders and roofers!
Can he do it? Yes, he can! He's Bob the builder.
my gott, lad! pointing the thing towards yourself and tagging the edge of the board!!! this suspense better than TV. please do not miss tho...
I know, right? That was crazy!
I was holding my breath
That is one serious cathedral ceiling!! Those framers are mad men. That height and no security ties. Truly insane. Not for me that’s for sure.
I just wanted to tell you, A Big Thank You . You’ve given my family and friends hope. No electricity no problem, our food will be cooked and preserved 👍🏻👏🏻😀 I love the way you give the lessons just excellent !and I am a big fan now! Bless you and yours!

A joy to see the old-style type that gets it done on the fly and does it right! Attention to details and structurally sound!
Holy Sh**, I am pumped after watching this video! I can see the light at the end of this often challenging tunnel. I really can't express fully how happy I am for you guys. 😊

Hard working craftsmen ! Well worth what you're paying them. Enjoyed the clip.
Your house is going to beautiful when its done. I can't wait to see it finished. :)
Great job guys good builders are rare, house looks great.Cheers from Australia.
Those men are incredible! Don't they ever get tired, amazing!

Wow, those guys seem very smart and professional. Worth the wait!
I can’t believe how quickly the framing is going. Looks great.
Love the height of the cathedral ceiling! What great construction, nothing will move this house!
What ever he charges, its worth it. Great job. All those little pieces of knowledge are from a lifetime of learning. Looking good.
This one was much less scary ... But just as fascinating! Looking more like a house every minute. Totally love the design. Elegant! I keep forgetting to mention that I love the background music. It really fits. It's so fun watching your dream come true ❤
These guys have my admiration!!!!! I get dizzy just watching them maneuver up so high!!!! ❤️
CONGRATULATIONS, family!!!! It's a House!!!!!!!!!!!!! Love you guys💕
It's been a long journey to get here for you but is finally coming along. So excited to the Guildbrook family👍
Good lord that’s high!!! 😫🤣. It’s a beautiful layout!! Can’t wait to see it completely roofed! 😊🎉💜
This sure beats the living quarters you had a few years ago back in the long haired hippy days ... I bet the crew is happy to have the income during the current times
Tell me what you want on the top and I will tell you what you need on the bottom , Bob's the man !
New sub totally enthralled and binge Watching every episode! This framing crew is simply amazing!
Ya they are a great crew. 👍🏻
Amazing work ethic.
Like it .. Building it strong. Nice work ... Bob and team know framing , you made a great decision to use them 👍👍👍.
Those guys are amazing !! But being someone who is afraid of heights watching them walk around up there without parachutes makes my stomach queasy !
I am so enjoying, watching your house being built 👍🏻
Looks like a good crew doing this project
If I was building a home I would want that crew on the job. Framing looks very professional.
Lack of fall arrest on this job makes me very nervous.
I didn't flinch once seeing these guys working the way they do. If they weren't comfortable with working under these conditions they wouldn't do it. Very nice, wont be long before your finishing the interior.
God bless, keep safe & stay healthy.
those "monkeys" with nail guns and other tools scare me every time, way up, walking around as if they were on the sidewalk! Hats off to them!!!
Great job I am really enjoying these build videos..... Thanks for sharing
Looks better and better as the Days' progress.
It's coming along nicely!! So exciting and during this Coronavirus outbreak it's nice to see something positive!
Old school getting it done
Place is looking awesome, some hard working guys right there !!
I can see how beautiful this is going to be in mind's eye. Having seen y'all's aesthetic tastes in pasta videos I cannot wait to see what y'all do with this space!

Those guy’s....acrobats....amazing!
Never make fun of working guys especially if they are working for you.
They are by the way doing a superb job.

They're up on top of a mountain outta sight alone. That might have something to do with it

Your new home is going to be beautiful, I’m very glad your dream is finial coming together!
Totally amased at the skills of these men. Totally confused at the Safety Codes for working on roofs across US!
Are there any safety codes?
It's beautiful guys!
I was once a monkey on a roof like that, but that was many, many, many years ago. And no air nailers
So awesome how it’s coming together!
This is truly amazing, and exciting. I'm just so friggin happy for you guys. I want to hug you both! Lol! Yes, this looks really good, I love it. Thanks for the video!!
