@@hoodesius4686 we don't really. Any vitamins and minerals you get from meat you can get it from other sources. Also, not everyone gets benefits from eating animal products and medically cannot consume any of it, they live healthy balanced lives too 😊. @@DMac12flyers how do you figure you need double the amount of protein to absorb the same amount as in meat? Where did you read that? I've been seeing a dietician and nutritionist for a decade because I am allergic to animal products (I was bit by a tick as a kid and I haven't been able to outgrow the meat allergy and it just keeps getting worse) and I have not had any issues with the amount of protein in my diet and score really well on my blood tests every month for everything expect vitamin D but that's due to having Covid in early March of 2020. They never once mentioned to have loads of protein just eat balanced and varied foods. I'm not saying you're wrong, I honestly do want to know if I'm missing something that I need to know, I'm aware healthcare professionals don't always know everything pertaining to their fields so any insight is helpful
Note: I realize tomatoes are technically a fruit, but you get the idea! ;)
Where do you stick the vitamins for all the missing nutrients?
A box of sugar, not nutrition. Shame on you!
Where did you get containers from

Vegan doesn't mean healthy...
Is this for real???
Where is the protein?
Nut butter, healthy cookie and beans in the burrito. Also, you don't need a bunch of protein at every meal
@@esmeraldaoneal4044 well when you use plant based sources you need about double the amount of protein for your body to absorb the same amount.
