Dude, super excited to build the DLT19... Just cut out the templates and did all the shopping at Home Depot... Ill post pics this weekend... This is going to be fun
Great video. You can re-coat with that spray paint within 20 minutes. 24 hour drying isn't required between coats unless you're using different brands of paint.
Excellent, hope you enjoyed the build! If you have any pics, please send me a link, or you can hit me up on the "contact" form on happytrooper.com If you approve, I'd like to put them on my blog and credit them to you. Thank you for watching, and for the vote of confidence. Uttini!
Very cool video. I would love to sit down with tools and make every blaster and lightsaber on here. But I can't. Having these props would be very useful for my upcoming films...
Sorry about that. I live in the US, we use Imperial units for measurement...I HATE it. I have been trying to use the metric system, it is much easier. Obviously, I still have some studying to do :-) Thank you for watching, I promise I'll get better at the metric system.
Hey trooper, I recommend specific hilts? I've watched all your tutorials and made all except the blaster which I am working on right now. Maybe a return of the Jedi sky walker hilt? Maybe krennics pistol or Rey's weapon? Anyways love the videos keep it up!
Thanks for the inspiration. Building a Jawa ion blaster, but not your design. Got an airsoft gun and cut the barrel. Got a nerf Mag and cut that too. Filled the screw holes with wood plastic. Off to purchase suggested PVC parts and corner braces. Is there anyway I can show you it when I am done?
Awesome engineering! I'm glad you were able to improve on the design. Can you hit me up on happytrooper.com and use the contact form? We can take it offline and communicate over email, and then with your permission, I'd love to post your pics on my blog with credit to you.
@@HappyTrooperDotCom yes that be great. Right now it is in primer. Also working on the greed blaster. Can't afford 3d printed parts so I am using gribblies from around the house.
Hello, thank you for watching. This was a track purchased on AudioJungle called "Epic Hybrid Trailer" composed by simonstevens. It can be found here: goo.gl/gAMO0h
Yes, I know that I've been away for a while...I was busy building a full-size R2 unit. I'm planning some new material now that R2 is finished. R2 is looking forward to being in some new videos :)
Hey Blaze, good catch, I forgot to put that in the parts list. I have updated it with the link. I purchased a pop-up ball rod assembly from Home Depot, this is what I used: goo.gl/nm6FB6 Thank you for watching.
Thank you for watching and for the kind words. As you can see, I am partial to Star Wars...it is my passion and a nice escape. With that said, I would consider others...do you have any good ideas? What would you like to see?
To be fairly honest I was just curious to know. Keep up the good work and regarding the last two questions, just keep doing what you are doing and that is what I would like to see. :)
I made them by hand. I used monk's cloth from JoAnn Fabrics, dyed it brown, cut it out and used a sewing machine. There are templates for the robes and hood on kraytclan.com The mask is a 1$ Jason hockey mask from Walmart, spray painted black, and covered with speaker cloth (also from Joann Fabrics). The eyes are underwater tea lights from Michaels Craft Store with yellow butterscotch wrappers inside to diffuse the light. They just clip on to the mask's eye holes.
I have been in contact with him, he mentioned he would sell them. Unfortunately, at this time, I do not offer any props for sale. While I haven't seen the products on eBay, I do know that the gentleman that is selling the items did indeed follow the templates and procedures. We went over many of them together via email :)
Does that look like a cut down mosin nagant to anyone else, the original that is... *Edit*--- looks like the original was an Enfield that was cut down.
While it was nice tutorial the templates are no longer reachable and so cannot follow this as it shows any more. Needs to either have the poster put the templates back up available where they will remain as long as video is up or take video down as no longer relevant. I hope they put the templates back up again.

I just stumbled across this video, and wow! This is such a cool build, and that music definitely makes it seem more epic
Thank you for this lovely made video. Its great that you mention alternate tools.
lovely stuff again. I wish I could find the components easier in the UK. I now have this on my list of projects.
Dunno what components in this video are hard to get in the uk

I like the layout of your videos. Items, tools, and alt. I feel like youtube is burying you for bias reasons.
Thanks for the videos. I made my Jawa blaster and looks great. Keep up the great work.

Will do.
Just finished mine! Thank you for this great video!!
The ca-87 Jawa blaster is based off of a British Lee-Enfield rifle, one of my favorite bolt-action rifles chambered in 303 British. (7.7x56mmR)

Sick work! You should do another DIY video on the other Jawa ion blaster!
another great video! your r one of the best prop makers I have seen thanks and keep up the good work!
awsome build
you got your cm and mm mixed up a few times, notably 9:54 . love the build and am a huge fan of the channel keep it up!

Very impressive! Nice job!
What about the DH-17? That's my favorite weapon in battlefront!
i have a suggestion: a TL 50 blaster

Love seeing all of your builds! Another great one! I would love to collaborate on the ROTJ Luke Lightsaber hilt. I've come up with a DIY design.
Is it a 1/2 inch router bit or 3/4 inch? You say 1 thing in the video but have a different thing in your video description.

Have you made the Imperial comlink Luke uses to talk to 3PO from the trash compactor? If not, would you, pleaaaaaasssssseeeeee?????
your Videos are amazing
That was lit.
Yes, it was, it had lights and everything. Well lit, I'd say.
Nice job, and on my way to Home Depot I'm going to stop for a Martiniiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii, or 2....
Cheers
Looks amazing! Might have to take on this one.
Could you build a Fett blaster, the non ribbed one?
I enjoyed the tutorial. Very nice.
Music was a tad to loud.
Madalovin - the next video is about how to build a volume button, and you don't have to go to Home Depot
how about a smaller piece of pipe inside to make a moving cocking bolt
Truly amazing! Thx man
Death Trooper blaster next!
Are you going to make any more

Is this 501st approvable?
Is this 501 approved?
y donde esta el plano para hacer la parte de madera con medidas
How much would you say the entire blaster cost (from the individual parts) overall?
So Jawas use CA-87s?
Do you have a link for the drain parts that make the trigger, etc.?

okay, sounds great. thanks for the information! :)
Make that rifle a bit longer and without the box on the barrel and you have an perfect lee-enfield rifle
Can you make the E-22?, this is the shoretrooper's weapon in rogue one
Outinni!
Is this approval for the 501st?
Please ask your GML to see if it is "approvable". Perhaps you can show him/her a pic from the video or website to see if it is approvable.

Is it just me or does the link to the template not work?
I just checked the link, it appears to be working: bit.ly/2p3kNaS
Do you sell these that you make
Because I can't find any good shock blasters online and you know what your doing and I would love to buy one if you could make another
Ok never mind I believe I see you on ebay so if you see this, I see your three blasters on there
Those aren't mine, it is someone else selling them.
Wow, I really thought they were yours because the two other blasters he was selling looked exactly how you did it
I have been in contact with him, he mentioned he would sell them. Unfortunately, at this time, I do not offer any props for sale. While I haven't seen the products on eBay, I do know that the gentleman that is selling the items did indeed follow the templates and procedures. We went over many of them together via email :)
Thanksss
Easiest way to do this, is to buy and cut down a Denix made replica SMLE, and then produce the grenade discharger cup from PVC tube
do more pls
Does that look like a cut down mosin nagant to anyone else, the original that is... *Edit*--- looks like the original was an Enfield that was cut down.
Very accurate!
No at all what was used for the prop was a cut down Lee Enfield No1 Mk3 with the grenade launching cup on it.
