My Alexa heard Mr and MrsD asking to turn the kettle on 😂😂
People with mobility issues I'm guessing would be people on things like sticks, zimmers & those that use wheelchairs. As a disabled person myself I've been looking at this kettle for that exact reason and it would go with all my other alexa devices as well.

Ability issue that you were talking about is people who are registered blind and someone can have the kettle filled in the morning it can tell you when it’s half full it can also as you said keep the temperature up so that they know that they don’t have to fill the kettle I am one of those people that’s why I bought it and I understand that you are not professionals trying to sell it which is good because you get an honest review I so far have enjoyed the kettle David
