OMG THIS IS the way I make my peach cobbler! The cinnamon and nutmeg go into the peaches though. But yeah same exact thing except the dough part gets spooned on top to make a beautiful crunchy outside, soft inside crust. Found the recipe in a monthly dessert club

This is one of the easiest recipes to veganize! I always used to be called Mama but now I don't have friends because I'm disabled and stuck inside an apartment complex that isn't friendly. People used to care more when I was younger. It looks absolutely delicious and when peach season comes I'm going to make it it is put in my vegan favorites folder! :-)

I am from Maine but I have lived in the South and really learned to appreciate peach cobbler and other cobblers. Cobblers and crisps and slumps and grunts are all Pilgrim recipes. We make a lot of crisp in the north but not much cobbler and there is a difference.
This was a huge crowd pleaser!! I added a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream, and it was delicious. I would recommend making the dry ingredient mixture first, and then simmering the peaches, that way you can quickly pop the peaches into the crust while they are still hot! (Not sure if that makes a difference) either way this was very easy with great payoff! Will be making again.
