Just so everyone knows. While New Hampshire doesn't have income taxes on regular income, they do have capital gains taxes and taxes on dividends. This is being phased out over the next 3-5 years.
Good video. I’m planning on getting my family out of CT in about 5 years and NH is one state high in my list. I feel in love with NH 20 years ago when I dated a girl going to Keene state. I’m hoping the housing market reels in a little up there. I’ve watched the market for years, in fact said ex and I were seriously looking before we broke up and there is nothing for houses up that way now. I’m actually hoping to sell my current house and to be able to pay or almost pay for a house up there in cash. Be able to slow down life a little.
Thank you! And that's awesome, I live in Keene, great little City. But we are starting to see a little bit more inventory which is much needed. Your plan sounds great, and let me know if I can be of any assistance!
It ain't Taxachusetts, that is for sure. Too many voters who can't stop voting Democrat, bending over, and yelling, "THANK YOU SIR MAY I HAVE ANOTHER" when it comes to taxes and regulations. It's a photo finish between NH and Maine.
Thanks for the video but Im curious, everybody is complaining about a ton of rude people moving to their states including me but you're encouraging people to move where you're at, why?
I'm glad I live waayyyy up in northern New Hampshire. No Massholes. We are basically unaeffected by things happening in the rest of the country. Southern New Hampshire from Manchester on down is a wasteland. We have no crime up north but the winters are a bit much. 🥶

I would like to know what the best bang for your buck, mass nh or maine
That's a great idea!

I truly want to move there! Thank you so much! I subscribed 😊
I love it here that's for sure! If you ever have any questions about moving here let me know! 👍

I have enough hope that not everyone is rude. Hopefully they are moving to put themselves in a better position.
I am looking at moving there for my MA/ MS degree at Southern New Hampshire University.
Thanks awesome! Where would you be coming from?
I would be moving from Tulare County California.
NH is awesome--however 6 months of winter!!!😉
seems like 7 this year lol
What months
At least 6 months. Way up north we didn't even have a summer this year. 🥶
You'll get land if you're a multi-millionaire!!
ABsolutely NOT - freedoms are thing of the past in new Hampshire. Too many regulations and too much government along with TAXes for miles
Might as well just rebrand as northern Massachusetts
NH has a pretty overall low tax burden. I live in MN and it’s the TRUE taxes for miles. It’s absolutely ridiculous here
@@Wtz-jx3whThat's only the southern part of the state. From Concord on down it's contaminated by Massholes.
I move out of new Hampshire. If it isn’t the property taxes are killing me. It’ll be the tick with Lyme disease never go back.👎👎👎
To each their own brother.
3rd safest state in the country. No way I would move there I wouldn't feel safe wo some criminals around.
Might not be the place for you then👍👍
Please, please don’t move to N.H. We have enough Massholes and blue state refugees now!

👍
Sovereign citizens number one alot of sovereign citizens and then you can go to Vermont and buy alot of Vermont products
You look like an 80's R&B or boy-band dude from the hood, not someone from NH.
Dude that's awesome! You made my Friday morning that much better! 🤣
@@shanemoynihanre I'm assuming you know I didn't mean that as a compliment, so I'm glad you at least have a good sense of humor about it haha
Please stop talking with your hands.
No thanks 😘
