So we’re supposed to trust God but they are leaning to their own understanding, believing lies about their spouse, getting jealous of them even “POSSIBLY” entertaining someone else while they have been “FULLY” entraining someone in the bedroom, they have a jealousy issue, lack of trust, despite this being God leading them, he’s possibly listening to rumors instead of asking his to be spouse what is going on, and then treating them badly because of it? (Flip it around if it’s a female prodigal.) But do you mean to tell me all this drama is what’s going on and we still have be trusting in God, keeping quiet and praying?
No doubt my very mentally ill ex will say and do anything to interfere in any union God has provided. There is no one that I will even consider except Gods choice but I have no way of knowing who is on the other end. “God is speaking to us both!.” I cannot rely on anything to make a lifelong promise that I cannot know for sure is from God. I am just being cautious.
