Interesting you sprayed your perfume on the blanket to pick up the new puppy. I always thought the blanket trick was supposed to be to capture the old smell from the mom and litter mates so that the puppy can have the familiar scent with with them in the new space.

That was a lot of stimulation for the 1st day. Anyone reading this who gets a new puppy- especially one shipped, now a days hand delivered from another state try to keep the stimulation low as possible as the puppy is already very stressed and scared. Just a suggestion.
If y’all get a doodle plz adopt and not buy from a breeder, they are over priced “mutts” you are supporting it and purebreds will say bye bye ( I love mutts don’t get me wrong)
