I have a cavapoo too. He is the most well behaved dog i have ever seen. He does not bark at all, just when he wants to play. He is so calm and super lovely. He learned tricks so fast! And cars rides are the best with him, he sleeps the whole time. What else could i say? Best decision ever!

Here's a few tips: You may have to play around a lot with food, they tend to be a little fussy, I recommend using a whistle and liver paste for training, it honestly works MAGIC, I also will suggest crate training, it will help a lot, And of course, socialize! xxx
A little fussy - an understatement? Mine will literally eat it now and not ever again. I verbally whistle, so I can see how one would be useful, but I need to try liver paste, bc I haven’t found one treat that he will consistently eat. Thereby defeating the purpose of a treat lol I need tips for non crate training, but so far not bad. Also, I notice my Cavapoo wants to “play” with large dogs (pit bulls, etc). 2 weeks with him thus far and I got him at 4 months

I wanted a puppy my whole life and have been researching since I was like 8, I'm 25 now. But honestly nothing could have prepared me for getting one. I love my baby, she's 9 months now but I wish I understood how much hard work it was. The tears I've shed, the sleepless nights, etc. Dogs are so rewarding but UA-cam does not have enough videos about the real experience of getting and keeping a puppy! My advice, spend a week dog sitting a puppy or and see if you can handle it xx
Zoë Barbie totally agree. I’ve wanted a pup for over 20 years but waited until I felt I was ready for what is frankly almost a human baby given their care needs. I live alone and am lucky enough to have recently got a job where I can work from home so the times nearing for me but I feel I still have so much I need to be sure of as once you’ve got them then that’s almost a 20 odd life commitment and you can’t just stay overnight when you fancy or disappear for too long well not if you’re a responsible pet owner anyway. I wish more people would post the realities of getting g a pup showing all the downs as well as the ups especially for single owners as I know many get them to keep themselves from being lonely.
Please do not get a Cavapoo. No reputable breeder breeds doodles of any sort, and if they do, they are extremely rare due to the extensive health testing of OFAs / PennHip. You'll be able to find a reputable miniature poodle breeder much easier. This goes for anyone with "Mini" Goldendoodles (MAJOR BYB), labradoodles, ______poo/doodle. Just don't, please.

I have the exact dog,he was apricot at 3 months old when I bought him, he is now 1 1/2 years old and his fur is a complete different color ,he is beige now, only his ears stayed a little darker.They are definitely smart, but beware that they love chewing when they are teething,so toys made of chewable plastic are the best! Very lovable and easy going,good listeners,Good choice!

When I got my two puppies the breeder gave me a blacked from the pups mum to put in the crate so my puppy could still smell mum and dad and with my other pup they gave a sock that was from the pups mam and dad xx

Yana Thakkar Well every breed of dog has the potential for some kind of genetic disease. You have to know everything before you get a Cavapoo. And yes they may have that chance but there is still that 10% that your dog will be fine. You have to know what you’re buying into before you make the purchase. Which we knew at the time 😊
With your tag, I would recommend you have one with your name or surname and details but not your dogs name as if someone unfortunately attempts to take you pup they will already have his name ! (It’s a personal choice and no hate 💕)

Very recently I lost my best friend, Bichon called Daisymay, she left a huge whole in my heart but as they say time is a great healer and I'm ready to buy a puppy. Another Bichon would be out of the question as I'd always be comparing between them. How would you rate Henleys, did they ask you a lot of questions, Did Cobi get all of his first injections and did they tell you when her last injections were due, was he born in kennels or family home, you don't have to answer this one but did you pay southern prices. I was quite surprised that in the video you said that you were taking Codi out for a little walk. please be carful because kennel cough is rife at the moment. Loved your video and I can see Codi is going to be spoilt rotten, he's gorgeous.
