There are only two things I focused on and it worked for me to grow back my hair:
1. Reducing the factors that cause hair fall like stress, fried and spicy food, smoking.
2. Stimulating the factors that cause hair growth like adding Coco Onion oil and shampoo, using reactivate hair growth serum of litlleextra, hydration, juicy fruits, and greens..

i was able to stop my hair from falling out and make it stronger by doing these things:
1- i ate more foods that have lots of protein and vitamins like lentils, avocadoes, berries, chia seeds, nuts, beans, plain greek yogurt, spinach, soybean, and more.
2- i did yoga or exercised every day for 15 minutes to make my blood flow better.
3- i ate more protein and less junk food.
4- i drank 6-7 glasses of water every day.

6- i only put oil in my hair in the evening because during the day it attracts dust and pollution.

When I experienced hairfall, I did all these to successfully control it -
.. Include massage for your scalp into your routine.
.. Do not use hot water when washing your hair.
.. Shield your hair from too much sweat.
.. Use a dual tooth neem comb to detangle wet hair.
.. Reduce your sugar and unhealthy food intake.
.. Use mild anti hair fall shampoo and oil like Littleeextra cocconion.
.. Nurture a positive mindset for overall well-being.
It really helped. The hair fall came to an end with Cocoonioon shampoo of littllexttra.
After pregnancy, I noticed my hair fall but I stayed calm. I took action to to control it. I chose a health-centered approach.
I took care of my nutrition, eating nutrient-rich foods, especially those high in Vitamin E and Protein.
I exercised daily and practiced meditation for stress control.
I avoided tight hairstyles and stopped using heated styling tools to minimise hair stress.

I am surprised as it has been just 2 months, and cooconnion shampoo, condiitioner, and hair oil have worked and helped me in reducing my hair fall.
Writting an honest review i purchased minimalist hair serum product on october and using it for 2 weeks , its increased my hair fall, the day i use this product at night next day i got 3x(minimum 50 strands) hairfall than a normal day or shampoo day .
Then i wrote a email to minimalist and they said it has procapail , so procapail removes the weak hairs ,that caused hair fall, but after 3-4 weeks it will stop hair fall .and grow new thick hair.
In 2 weeks i lost more than 500 strands . So i dont know i should give it a try for 3/4 weeks or not , because i am loosing my hair+ its costly so, for me its waste of money .
After getting minimalist suggession , i tried it again in my front scalp ( low density area)in just 2 spots but next day i got more than 50 strands of hair fall . i dont have enough guts to use it more .
Btw i give it after seeing your review but it doesnt work for me , though it was expensive for me still i give it a try but highly disappointed.
Now sister what are you using for regrowth of hair …bcz i lost almost half of hair….my scalp is too visible …plzzz sugggest which serum is good for re growth
I have tried this minimalist one and that actually worked for me.... I can see my baby hair... and I am still using this... I have not finished one bottle yet. U can definitely try that one. I don't know about the wishcare one.
How often to use it? Do we have to wash it off next morning?
@@mkr213 just apply the serum and gently massage it and go to bed. Next day wash it off with shampoo. U can apply that in the morning before the day of shampooing. Use once or twice a week

Ordinary is pricy but is worth the penny. Minimalist is also good for hair fall control and regrowth
Umm I don't know about the ordinary one bcz it's too pricey but used minimalist one & it works .. but as for every hair product you need to be consistent ( I saw results after 1 month daily usage ) and it won't be too dramatic if your hair grows out slowly like mine but it definitely works. Hope it helps.
Take care of diet as well & do check your iron & vit D levels if you are facing hairfall

My daughter is 26 months old and in these 2 years there's not 1 but few different products I have tested out from hair oils to hair and scalp serums. Minimalist worked very well and of course there are other products I tested out, some worked some did not and here I'm just sharing my experience. If I keep talking about the same product I get told that I'm biased about a brand or getting paid that's only why I'm talking about them , if I talk about more than one then that's also a problem because I'm giving you more than 1 option. So tell me, do you think this is fair? 😊
