- Hi all! Hope you all found this helpful. It’s important to note that hair-fall and hair loss are due to various reasons. What I recommend or use may or may not work for everyone out there. If your hair loss and fall persists, it’s important to consult a physician for a prescribed treatment.
To see significant results, it takes at least three to six months and consistency is key. All the serums have instructions on the box before usage so it’s important alongside a healthy, nutritious diet.
It’s also absoloutely normal to have some amount of hair fall and it cannot and should not completely go away.
I am not a dermatologist and this video is based on research and personal trial.

This is what gave me results along with minimalist serum:
-washing my hair once in every three days
-not using strong shampoos
-shamppoing the SCALP and coditioning the ENDS.
-Hair mask twice a week(according your hair type)
-hair massage every morning and before sleep(about 10 minutes each)
-applying hair serum immediately after the massage at night.
-hair growth biotin.
-using loose hairstyle that do not pull onto my scalp
-hot oiling and massaging before bath
-patience and consistency

I swear by the minimalist one.
I know a lot of people say it's oily and sticky whatever.... after finishing the first bottle with lots of patience, I then decided to not to stop using it. This one is a must serum in my list. It grew new baby hairs on the hair line ...reduced hair loss, improved overall thickness and what else do we expect a serum to do??

As a hairstylist of about like a decade, I can tell you, that you're not supposed to use strong hair shampoo on your hair.
I've noticed hairlines of so many people, and I noticed that individuals who were using strong shampoos usually had poor hairline.
So I recommend only to use gentle shampoo cleanser only. I personally use and suggest to use littleextrra coconioon shampoo only.
Also, do hot oil massage twice a week as it improves circulation and encourages hair growth.
Can you recommend some shampoo please.

I would love to try the 1st two options. I have used entire bottle of minimalist serum. It works wonders. I apply and massage it 15mins before every hairwash. I sweat a lot so the scalp sometimes itches as well. Minimalist does great work.

My own results came from a combination of doing things as follows:
1. Scalp massage daily at least 20 minutes
2. Taoist soap for hair 2x a week or less. Stimulates hair growth and stops further loss in men and women.
3. Fragrance Free Shampoo only or paraben free shampoo.
4. Nettle Tea to detox everyday from hormone residue in the liver.
5. Collagen powder 2x a day everyday. Takes care of all aspects of nutrition requirements for hair growth.
6. Cold water rinse after showers at least 2x a week.
This combination helped me get results in 30 days, hair grows faster, thicker and much better texture.

I started to use it… saw results.. forgot to keep using after a hectic work week… & am about to start using it again.

I was worried it would make my hair look greasier but, it hasn’t at all. It’s seems more water soluble than a actual oil.
I would try to use it everyday. Atleast 5-6 days a week if u wanna see results.
I got the bundle! So I got it w/the lash/eyebrow serum… they’re so cheap together I def recommend to see if they still have it. Really helped my eyebrows start to recoup from over plucking (supposed to be used nightly too) ♥️

@@divey3621 Do you mean among the 3 suggested or a better one in general? If you mean among the 3, you can look up the ingredients of the products and especially what peptides are in each formula, since the peptides are what you are paying for, the rest of the ingredients are mostly cheap filler, which can be found in many products or specific delivery system for the peptides. I've personally used the serum from The Ordinary and I am satisfied- it contains a lot of ingredients which make my skin feel better in general, and the peptides seem to work to extend the life of the hairs on my scalp, which after a few month makes the hair denser, because more long hairs are still attached. The downside of this effect is, once you stop using it for more than a week or two, all hairs which were kept on your scalp beyond their natural lifespan start shedding simultaneously, which would make you look like your hair is sparser than it really is until the new hairs grow long enough. I imagine the effect of all serums is similar. Either way, once you have the ingredients, you could find good information on what each one does on incidecoder dot com

Both are good on their own
Well ordinary one is little expensive compared to minimalist one
Ordinary one is more watery based , isn't oily which again a good point for oily scalp
Minimalist one is little on oiler side but both work wonders!

I do not understand from where do you get the time to try so many products and then do the review in such a short time because as far as I know in order to get the results we should use the same product atleast 3 to 4 months
Therefore, the reviews that you do and these many products that you show doesn't add up I mean how come it's even possible
That means you saying that you're are using one product and then washing it off within few minutes and then applying another product and so on as well as you getting such a postive result after few minutes of use within same day and then making your review video I mean your reviews doesn't make sense

I'm pretty sure she uses these products for a few months before giving a review. I remember another video where she mentioned that she's been using Kerastase serum for a while. And I'm pretty sure everything in this video was done for presentation purposes so the viewers can have a look at the texture and how it sits on the scalp :)
