I'm not familiar with Carletti candies here in this little part of Canada.
In particular, the chocolate covered marshmallows sounds like they would be great.

The chocolate with marshmallows seems interesting and the chocolate with sprinkles seems sweeter than I think it would be. And the candies there have a lot of variety. I think the most unique one I saw in this video is the chocolate with liquor and ram. We have it in here (our country) but it's mixed with chocolate instead of it being a liquid inside. That is such a genius.

FYI: The Gelatine in the "Foam" Candy - Skumbanan, Skumfidus etc. Is made of Pigfat. 🥴😉

It's not the chocolate in the Rom Toppe and Likør Toppe that is crunchy. These tops consist of a liquid core, surrounded by a crusted sugar shell and finally covered in chocolate.
The are, indeed, very, very sweet and are best consumed in small quantities.
Crusted sugar...that is what it was.
