    Wiring:
    sections in series: 1,2,3,4,5 and a junction between 3 and 4 having 1 segment attached, so the 6th element is wired in parallel to the 4th.

    I envision something like this but big enough for a person to stand in. Then open it like a gullwing and put good sound in it. Take it to burning man and let people dance in it for one song each. Other people would be able to see in but the person inside would not be able to see out.

    how can I optimize plexi material? Do you have a drawing that I can use? I will probably buy plexi pieces that are 2x500x1000 and/or 2x400x300
    Was it easy to just cut like you did? I was thinking of maybe trying laser cutting, but need an optimized drawing for that and it might melt a bit and become a hassle with the edges

    I wonder how a seamless sphere would look. You would have to have it thin enough, so we can make a plastic sphere. Then we need material X inside sphere can use a a small hole, and then the sphere has to be agitated constant motion while the dry time is super slow, but the sphere has to use a now moisture dry method, so an actual time, sine its a contained environment , probably heat loss method though its exterior. Then we need to light up the inside so we can see in and it reflects mired on the inside. What would it look like. Hmm.. A special mix of a reflective material inside could be energized to produce light and reflect... that may reduce the effect, but I would like to see what it would be like to see a sphere shape seamless.. hmm viewing inside into its reflective matrixes.. hmm.. Then we have if its malleable, can squash it a bit... changing the shape. I mean one could render it form a virtual environment, button reality it would look something possibly different. Which I find would be interesting, but yeah ,I really like the deca and lasohedrons, pretty cool. Since many different shapes. I thought a outside project where the light system is solar power so at night it would do soethign as that such.. hmm

    Hello, is 9A and 5V the input for the SP107E?

    • @quadsquad3087
      @quadsquad3087  3 роки тому +1

      yes, like I said 9A is max value, at 100% brightness and solid white color, if you set brightness to 50% and run animation (not all leds turned on at the same time) it will be around 2A

    • @geroillescas6125
      @geroillescas6125 3 роки тому

      @@quadsquad3087 i connected 5V and 2A and i think that i burned the controller 🥴. Thanks for the answer. I'm going to try again :)

    • @quadsquad3087
      @quadsquad3087  3 роки тому

      @@geroillescas6125 controller is only providing data signal, 5v is going straight to the led strip. Usually if you use cheap 5V 2A adapter and try to pull 3A from it, it can blow. If you have better one, it has over current protection and turn it self off. After reset it is working again. Try to connect only 10cm of a strip and set brightness to 10%, then connect whole strip and slowly increase brightness until over current protection trips. It is best to use lab power supply so you can see the amp draw in real time.

    Im thinking about eventually making an infinity whirlpool room with a design similar-ish to this. It would probably either be a cube or a hexagonal prism with square walls. It would be filled with water with a whirlpool in the center. The only issue is I'm not sure whether the one-way mirror foil works underwater, or if it could be on the outside facing in...

      @@quadsquad3087 Is it possible to make it a bit bigger? Like 25cm per side? Would it make it easier to build? Is it difficult to change the object dimensions?

      @@meneerbrabo not at all, just print it at 200% and you have 300mm side, and use 4mm thick plexi glass (original 150mm side and 2mm plexi)
