Midnight Sun and Hero were some of the highest rated episodes out of ALL shows. The crazy shit is Midnight Sun was just talking for like 90% of it.
didnt this epi 17 get a 10/10
The talking is interesting that's why just like first few seasons of game of thrones the dialogue is strong on season 3 of Aot isayama's writing got so better
Just not talking, it had three seasons of build up. It’s the fallout after the climax of the biggest arc. And it’s with characters that have had enough development that we’re invested in them.
at first it was rated 10/10 but some non-anime watchers hate that their show didn't get the first place in IMBD so they troll vote the ep...but it still top 10 ep of all times
@@jawrex28 ik thats sad
You know a show is good when people are still to this day arguing over whether to bring back Erwin or Armin in the comments
My opinion is just Armin is not the best choice it's just Levi felt Erwin deserved to have peace from his burdens, because if Levi felt Erwin had not completed his work, he would have been brought back over Armin but since Levi isn't as emotional as the others he could make another decision but he has nothing to do with Armin it more about Erwin.
@@narcisorivero5893 armin slick came with up better ideas & helped the scouts more than anybody. Had it not be for armin they wouldn’t even be as far as they are. Erwin has that leader vibe but armin definitely has the better brains

“Erwin’s plan caused everyone to die” Erwin had no other choice. If Armin was in that situation he would’ve arrived at the same conclusion.
The thing is Armin wouldn't have been bold enough to go through with it
@@khotunkhan3950 bold enough? the guy let himself burn to death for the slim chance of saving his friends and getting Eren a chance to dispatch the Collosal titan. I think Armin could have gone through with it.
@@khotunkhan3950 probably wouldn't be able to convince the other soldiers to march as well
@@Alam220696 Nah the difference is Armin was brave enough to sacrifice himself but if it cost his friends and comrades too he would hesitate or try to find another way.
Yeah and people still will argue that he would of done the same thing but no lol
When the fodder stands up. I had to give it to Floch for speaking up to Mikasa's rage. You can't say he doesn't have a point to make being the only survivor of such a massacre those are some heavy feelings to get out especially when he was the first to break down before.
People see him as a random character, that's why they invalidate him. It's understandable, but it's not a good reason.
Floch just spits facts.
People give Floch so much crap, especially when he speaks his mind in a few episodes. But the guy is speaking nothing but facts. He doesn’t know who Armin is, no one does. As far as he and everyone else behind the walls know, they saved a private over a 5 star general.
@eren Kruger and thats exactly the point of floch, to comment on that fact. I really like him tbh^^ Also yeah, incredibly brave to charge a clearly out of her mind with grief Mikasa who had her blades drawn while barehanded. Floch was more than ready to give his life for humanitys future twice that day.
I agree. Floch won't appear apealing to the main characters, but he honestly does represent the people of the walls. If I was working in the scout regiment, I would feel really uncertain about the future to have a 15 YEAR OLD over a Commander with years of experience.
This episode was emotional and awesome
Nearly like 19 minutes of silence. No ost just pure voice acting
Wit Studio Goated
Exactly, the silence made everything more emotional. Love how they delivered this episode.
I don't know but, studios under I.G. Production seems to know when or how to best use the silence to convey strong feelings.
I don't know about other anime made by their studio but the anime "Kimi ni Todoke" (I.G. Production) effectively used same technique in some episodes. A silence combined with environmental effects. 👌
Nothing compares to AOT.
Great direction give this kind of quality! =)
People forget all the stuff Erwin accomplished without all the info they had when Erin became a titan.
Facts, Armin has way more info than Erwin when he came up. They're from 2 different generations of scouts.
Since ep 1 the narrator was Armin, he is clearly the survivor from the entire war.
@@gostavoadolfos2023 I know. I’m just saying how people bash on Erwin.

Yeah if erwin and armin switched places I don't think armin would have came up with a plan to beat the beast titan. I think if erwin wasn't there armin wouldn't have been able to lead people to their death and they would all get crushed to death. While I think erwin would possibly come up with a similar plan to beat the collosal titan. I think erwins stats were

When Hange opened Erwins eyes-
Shereea: they both died while they were arguing
Me: daaaaammm
2:32 😂😂😂😂😂
Armin's plan may have had a smaller cost, but it's important to note that Erwin's situation with the Beast Titan was arguably way worse than the Colossal Titan. Not trying to take anything away from either of them, but saying Armin has "more W's" because Erwin's plan required more lives isn't very fair.
Yes, you can't downplay the Beast Titan by making it seem like Erwin's plan was the inefficient way of dealing with him. The Beast Titan was already the biggest threat there, and he planned everything in such a way no one could do anything to him. He was way too far out for anyone to reach him with ODM gear, where as inside the walls they could use it with impunity. I agree, Beast Titan situation was a hell of a lot worse than the Colossal and Armored.
Thank you
If anything Erwin had 3x Ws than Armin. He made the troops relevant.
they are being biased bc the show mainly show to us Eren, Armin and Mikasa perspective
Not arguably, definitely worse
Erwin was preparing Armin for that role when they were on the wall. He knew Armin had some leadership qualities in him. At least that's just how I see it.
Yup, but I also don't think he thought he would die that day.
Yeah. But you cant dsve a 15 years old over the leader of the troops.
I mean he's smart for sure but as hanji said he don't have erwin's leadership qualities
Jean and floch are much more suited for that role
Y'all forgot Erwin is the one that overthrew the government right? And all the past accomplishments he has before. Plus in a war you can't avoid deaths
No offense but we finally got an episode that got Lupa to stay quiet. That's the craziest thing I've ever seen.
You should see him when they reacted to Vinland Saga 😢 lol
That you know the shiet is serious! xD =,(
I think he had something else on his mind, kept looking at his phone
@@user-zo5jo3ox5g no, I’m pretty sure he was using the phone as a distraction to hide his sadness, I often do this, while watching a sad scene I just pull my iPad out to pretend so I don’t start bawling. We all know how much Lupa loved Erwin.
Erwin was tired of the burden he had to carry, but like everyone else he was a slave to his dream and kept pushing on. Levi realized this and made the decision Erwin couldn't make; to force him to give up on his dreams. That's the reason Erwin thanked Levi, he freed him from that burden, which his dream forced him to carry.
I kept seeing memes on social media about Levi's line "Give up on your dreams and die" before watching the show and now I'm just angry. They downplayed such a deep, meaningful line in a grave situation.
Best comment
People seem to forget all the Ws Erwin got in season 1 the OVAs and season 3, also I think you guys misunderstood, erwins plan was the only 1 they had and he sacrificed his life for that plan for the future, Flocks and Erwins whole mindset is that risks and sacrifices must be made to succeed that was said since season one episode 20 . Also alot of anime onlys have this main character syndrome where they forget that the characters aren't anyone special compared to any other soldier no matter what, flock was just a valid. While yes Levi was looking out for a comrade it would make complete sense to revive a commander over a single 15 year old with mental potential. No one outside the remaining 104th is really friends with Armin
the creator of AOT disagrees, otherwise Erwin wouldve been revived
Facts. But I'm still glad they chose Armin for the simple fact that Erwin seemed to only want to know the truth of why they were in the walls, while Armin seemed to have a larger goal in mind.

What truly made me cry my eyes out is berthold smiling when he saw his soldiers friends and for a moment thought he is saved before realising the situation and asking for Annie and Reiner his warriors friends
In that situation I might've picked Erwin ngl. Even though he caused so many people to die that was literally his only choice. Plus, nobody can rally that many people to go on a suicide mission like that except for Erwin. That's how superb his leadership is. Also, Erwin has way more experience so if we're going based on "W's" then Erwin still probably has more. I can get behind the idea of letting Armin survive, but I think y'all need to understand why Erwin kinda seems like the more logical choice in that situation.
Me too
erwin didnt wanna comeback lol
Yea I was all for Erwin but I understood why Levi let him rest
That's exactly what Levi think too, but deep inside He know that Erwin didn't want to come back and just want to rest from all this hell already so He choose armin instead based on emotion.

Tbh when Erwin was thanking Levi just before the charge, he was totally prepared and was expecting to die. It's comparable to having the best day of your life, eating your most favorite food, watching a happy movie, and expecting to have a nice dream only to have a nightmare. The point is he knew what was going to happen, but then he would've just been thown a curve ball. He just knew he was gonna die, but to get saved last minute would have been torture to him. Respect to Levi for considering Erwin's feelings man and not just being an emotionless solider who does what has to been done.
THAT SNEEZE SFX FOR ARMIN TOOK ME OUT LMAO, I'M CRYING 😂
Lot of people call what happened to Bertolt "justice", but that scene never fails to make me sick. He was just a kid, brainwashed from birth, and learned everything he did was wrong when he saw the people of the Walls firsthand. He even made friends with some of them which made his guilt even worse. You can even see him smiling for a short second when Armin's titan grabs him because he truly believes for a second that his former friends are there to save him, but he realizes that his former friends aren't there to save him and Reiner and Annie aren't there for him either.
fr I just got caught up with the manga yesterday and holy fuck it makes me sad to see him end like this, the fact that reiner pushed them to pursue the mission and that he was always the one "scared" it fucks me up so bad now that I see this scene knowing how it was.
Yeah but even if he was brainwashed he still committed sins to which consequences where in order
Yeah but you see none of that is revealed until next season, so there reaction to him dying is justified.
@@justkookl5651 I mean, sure, but it's still important to note that brainwashed child soldiers like him really can't do anything else

"Erwin left Armin in charge??????" WHEN????? Last time he handed over power, he left Hange in charge. Erwin is the better choice, but he was left to rest.
In Episode 1 of the season, Erwin gave Armin charge of a large part of their troops. He called Armin one of mankind's biggest assets *as of now* , and he could be an even greater asset in the future.

Gotta say Shaera's comparisons of Erwin and Armin are really off. Like she's comparing a situation where Erwin and his man getting bombarded to Armin and Eren trying to take out a titan that's not even caring about them that much.
Those 2 situations are not even remotely close...
I hate how isayama chose to only gave credit to Armin and even had his little montage of things he’s done for humanity as if Erwin didn’t do anything when obviously Erwin did WAY MORE.
This man inspired SO MANY (inc Levi!!!!) and not to mention being the only man who could actually convince rookies to a suicide charge. Imagine Armin doing that?? Exactly. Armin can’t.
The ONLY reason I’d choose Armin over Erwin is the same reason why Levi chose Armin too, which is to let Erwin rest from this hell.
RIP to the GOAT Commander, Erwin freakin Smith. ♥️
(I’m gonna miss your speeches, damn. 😢)
I'm pretty sure there's a reason behind it. It's supposed to represent how Armin was a pure-hearted person, whereas Erwin only cared about his agenda and felt guilty about it. During this battle Erwin constantly had moments of reflections, like when he talked about "standing on a mountain of corpses" or the scene where he's talking to Levi with that resigned look and the ghosts of their fallen comrades surround them.
It's supposed to show how Armin had achievements to be proud of and worthy to be shown/celebrated but Erwin did not because his achievements were due to his selfishness. This is what makes Erwin such an interesting and extremely well written character.
It's a great comparison. So, don't discredit Isayama. He's great at subtle yet meaningful metaphors/symbolism like this.
It doesn't really matter the things they achieved in the past. The decision here requires knowing both characters and seeing what they're capable of doing in the future. Counting the Ws doesn't make one better. That's like saying a certain football player is better than another one because he has more goals (and I'm not even mentioning that both players have actually different roles in the team)
Everybody always compare erwin and armin, even though they different... Armin is bad at commading, even jean is better at commanding than armin...
Armin is a strategist and erwin is a commander...
Agree. That's why Hange and Armin have to work together often to fulfil the role. As a commander Erwin was the whole package, but as the story turns into more of a character drama and tragedy centred on Eren, the characters most connected to and opposite to him need to stick around to fulfil the story, like Armin and Hange. For instance, the scenes between Eren and Hange in season 4 part 1 wouldn't be as interesting if it were level-headed Erwin in her place. I think season 3 purposefully emphasises similarities between Armin and Erwin so that developments in season 4 make us see Armin's individuality more, and realise just how different they were, and how different their roles are in war and in the story. Sorry for the long comment, just finished reading the manga and have so many thoughts and feelings...
“Armin has more w’s” ☠️🤣
Erwin is the person that forced the events which led 'humanity' taking over from the royal family, he was the sole pillar of it during the first 2 seasons( ofc he had his comrades, but it was always him leading them where they needed to go). The story follows the main characters, but in reality they didn't have much control over the events happening, they were just a part of them. The one leading to those events was Erwin.
In terms of pure ability Erwin would be better, but there were some other things that might actually make Armin more valuable at that point.
"Everybody had to be drunk on something to keep pushing" , that would be the dream. Armin had a bigger dream than Erwin at that point. If Erwin did survive he would find the basement and then his dream dies. You don't know what would happen afterwards. Maybe he would find some other reason/dream to keep him pushing forward, but probably not. His dream was shared with his father and it was so strong, but even like that he barely kept pushing. If he had nothing to help him endure all the hardships, regret and guilt he wouldn't be the same Erwin as before.
Another big thing is what he was speaking with Levi about 'REGRETS'.
If you start regretting your past actions, you will dull your ability to make decisions in the future and others will make them for you. That's what happened at the end before he died. He couldn't make that decision so Levi did that: "I'll make the decision, Erwin, give up on your dreams and die"
Even if you did bring Erwin back to life with the serum, in reality Erwin was forever gone.
So, Armin was the better choice for sure even disregarding Levi's wish to let Erwin rest from all the hardships(thou I'm pretty sure Levi took into consideration Erwin's dream ending there). But again that wasn't because Armin was better than Erwin. It was because Erwin used all his 'fuel' to help humanity reach that point. Truly an amazing character.
Although u are right it pisses me off with the amount of disrespect Erwin gets and the amount of ignorance people have. Did that girl really say armin has more Ws?? Is she ok???
mikasa: Shut up
guy: yeah shut up
the other guy: I will not shut up
Armin has more Ws? Surely u don’t realise how Erwin always sees everything happen way before anyone can even imagine what a possible outcome could be?? The whole female titan, coup d’etat and spies in the survey corps thing was his plan, let alone all the other things man’s did... surely Armin was great to, but not on Erwin’s level
Seems like she forgot season 1 Erwin with Annie, oav Erwin , and end of season 2 Erwin
And I love how in the manga Armin cries how he is useless and Erwin was the better choice.
So did you forget all the things Eren pointed out this episode? Most of Erwin's Ws in the show are things Armin pointed out or wouldn't be possible if not for Armin's discoveries
@@Lc-Anders Erwin is just smart to use all his tools, the fact is not even Armin knew who Erwin was trying to draw out the enemy in season 1 prepared for a way to capture the titan that was Annie, armin and everyone else are always steps behind him even Hange how is the one of thesmartest characters next to Erwin, when Armin plan fail to draw annie under tunnel Erwin had other plans beyond that which was Eren fighting her and even a plan C.

This is like my 4th time watching this and I just noticed the sound effect you put when Hange opened Erwins eyes 😅
This is what Armin fanboys must understand, the difference between Armin and Erwin is that Armin always had information, while Erwin never had it, however the execution of his plans were perfect. Armin discovered Annie's identity because she was close to them,He discovered Reiner's location because he saw a flashback of a Titan inside the walls, Armin defeated the colossal titan thanks to Hange's hypothesis, he would never have defeated the colossal titan if it were not for that hypothesis. Now look at Erwin accomplishments, with his strategies created the long distance scouting formation to survive in fights with the titans, saved Eren from Berthold and Reiner, save the legion from being killed by the miltary police, discovered who was the royal family and the true king of the walls, discovered the location of Eren and Historia, planned a coup d'etat and overthrew the government to recover the wall Maria and all this he did without spilling a drop of innocent blood , created a plan to kill Rod Reiss in the form of Titan and to kill the Beast Titan who is the most dangerous and intelligent Titan in the entire series. Are you telling me that it was all because of Armin? Armin is very brilliant but what the Eldians needed was a Leader with Intelligence, Strategy, Character, Ability to Motivate, Experience and Ability to determine goals and objectives.
In the manga the Scouts have become more useless than ever because they do not have a Leader and Armin has done absolutely nothing just cry, it was better that he died this season and not ruin his character, it is the only mistake Hajime Isayama has made for give Eren a more leading role, the positive of this? Well, it gave an unexpected twist to the series.
Im with you on how people disregard erwins accomplishments like they were nothing. Also he saved eren from being experinented on. The scouts wouldnt have been on the rise if erwin had not been the leader. For example their situation while shadis was in charge. He also recruited levi. Armin did have an advantage. But im glad erwin gets to rest at least.
I agree with a lot of what you're saying, but don't understand your manga Armin hate at the end there lol, it served much greater purpose than just some "unexpected twist" especially since it was quite expected for most anyway. I don't think it would have been better to kill Armin in S3. Erwin's arc was completed, I agree it was likely a mistake on the part of the scouts, but from a story standpoint it was absolutely not a mistake on the part of Isayama unless he wanted to throw an actual unexpected twist into it.
@@annaairahala9462 I know perhaps Armin at the end he can be the hero of the story, or perhaps not but it depends in the ending that Isayama want's to his story. Personally I would've prefer a ending with Erwin as the Commander and the leader of the Eldians, with Eren as his right hand and leading Eldians to victory vs all the threats outside the walls it would have been epic...
I just hope Isayama doesn't let us down and make a predictable ending, I hope it maintains the essence that has led this anime in a possible top 5 in history.
Honestly just feels like you're the typical "if this character isn't fighter focused its useless" type of person because the manga makes very clear how everything that is going on after the time skip was doomed to happen and Erwin being alive wouldn't make a difference at all against Eren. Armin not only kept them safe against the ships for all this years but also planned all the attacks on Marley with little to none casualities (RIP Sasha) and is the only reason why they're going to stop the Rumbling cause he both planned the way to leave the island and was able to find Eren's conscience in the Coordinate's realm.
I'm not downplaying Erwin by no means btw, but not only he wouldn't be able to stop Eren but also wouldn't be able to reach him.
@@biazacha Quite the opposite, rather I like characters like Armin. I don't like how the story is about to end being partly predictable of Armin saving Eren (I just hope Isayama doesn't make that mistake).
Eren decided to use the coordinate and take the role of protagonist because no person in Eldia knew the magnitude of knowing the truth of the basement.
Eren knew that the only way to save the Eldians was by eliminating Marley or at least their leaders.
And the reaction of the scouts was to turn against him and hope to solve everything diplomatically, which is something absurd.
Let me remind you of what Eren said to Hange when he was in jail, he asked to Hange “what should I supposed to do, what other way is there? Tell me!!”, and Hange was speechless.
If Erwin was still alive they would have had Marley on his knees in just 3 manga chapters.
Where I get this from? well basically that was Erwin answer to Levy.
In Episode 12 of Season 3 part 1, Levi asks Erwin what he would do after learning the truth? and he replies, "Remove all threats because outside the walls, there seem to be someone hoping titans will kill us all, of course the answer to who is i the basement."
And that specific threat was Marley,Willy Tybur and all his followers, Erwin would have kill them all and also he would've take the power of all the titan shifters.
It would have been epic to see everyone in a war against the Eldians with technology to kill titans etc ...
Regardless of how the story goes, I remain confident that Isayama will not disappoint us.
9:25 That's a "let go of me or I kick the rest of your teeth out" face
Reactors for this episode always seem to completely rule out Floch's opinion on the matter the second he opens his mouth just cos he's not one of the main characters. Which is ironic since one of the whole points of his character is to give a voice to the background fodder characters who get slaughtered constantly.
2:31 lol! this is what i live for lol you guys are the best
@2:35 this man took his glasses off 🤣🤣🤣👌🏽🖤
Bertholds last words remind me of Lion King when Scar was like "my friiieeeends" and the hyenas were like "friends?" Nomnomnom😂
"The one who's gonna save humanity isn't me or the commander. It's Armin." ..................Let that sink in folks.
Holy shit I just realized when Hanges glasses break there’s an image of clouds and a blue sky. When she dies the first thing she sees is a blue sky with clouds…
😓Man idk why but Bertholdts death is kinda the saddest death in this episode for me.
Just the fact that he forgot that Eren and the rest was his enemies he looked back at them and asked them for help and he died brutaly without telling Annie that he loved her. Idk man that just hits different.. :/
12:04 THAT SOUND EFFECT LMAOOOO HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAH
They didn't talk about Berthold's death in the slightest :"v am I the only one who liked Berthold? He didn't mean do all he did, that's so sad :"v
They're no bad or good guys here it's just what the world forced on them.
2:33 that sneeze effect and they reaction make me squeeze broo i feel like im the broken penguin from toy story 2 lol 😂
Erwin the leader that AOT will never have again. He was brilliant
Damn That ending hit lupa real hard. He didn't cracke a joke nor even said a word in the intire last section of the video
Lupa was speechless? Wow 😂 I can tell he’s really uncomfortable with feeling uncomfortable
Yall really had Armin sneeze when he gasped for air showing he's still alive.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
It sucks that now Armin has to confront those emotions of his(bertoldt rip).
Fuck burito
@@opanimu6989 yea fuck burito
@@jabezkenye990 you will feel bad soon
@@jasonblack2477 hey i was being sarcastic...lol Bert is in my fav top 10 xD
Note* there are signs that titan shifters may pass down their feelings/thoughts which (depending on the new titan inheritor) can "take control* of the new user. Uri and Frieda for example, were being taken control of by the king. Eren is another example, obviously its not like hes under a previous shifter's control, but he does have very strong emotions like his father. Because they are family related it probably works stronger. I'd say it also depends on how strong they are mentally. So, since armin has just eaten Bert, think about what traits it is he might pick up *next episode might help*, depending on how much Bert might influence him, his thoughts/feelings may change from before he had been a titan
“There’s a sea beyond the walls.. and he said we’d go there together. That was our dream, ever since we were little. But I forgot it long ago. The only thoughts in my head are full of hate. But he’s not like that. Armin cares about more than just fighting. He has dreams.”
Erwin was in my opinion the better option for humanity
Too bad he died
He was, but him throwing his hand up like that would make anyone believe they shouldn't bring him back.
Definitly
@@thelegacyofgaming2928 Yeah, I can't blame them too much for picking Armin.
True . But I also welcomes Levi's choice . That man need some rest
About Berthold screaming for them to save him:
He does not kill because he wants, he was told to do so, if he doesn't then Zeke would make someone else have the colossal titan, he is afraid of that obviously, he sees Eren, Mikasa, Connie, and everyone as 'pals, but he is just doing what he has to, in the middle of the desperation of being eaten he decided to call for help, just to suddenly remember they are enemies now, so yes, his death was sad.
Yeah that scene was tragic, yet many of the reactors I've seen almost root for his death. It's those sorts of people who have trouble seeing other's perspective that this series speaks out against so I'm glad they're watching
@@annaairahala9462 Yep, aot is not that black and white. The enemies have things that are going on and reasons that they are fighting too. It was pretty sad to see that scene, especially the fact that he woke up the moment that he was about to be eaten.
Armin is obviously the future of the corp, Erwin saw that and was trying to push him to get some leadership experience. But Erwin is the current leader of the corp and they don't really have time to wait for Armin to gain experience. It's a really tough decision, do you save the person that will lead you today or will you save the one that will lead you tomorrow. I think they made the right call, losing Armin would have been a greater future loss then losing Erwin.
I still think Erwin would've been more useful. He has both combat experience and brains.
People that say Armin is the best choice are just letting the emotions get to them and not thinking things through.
Armin might have accomplished a lot during the series, but it's Erwin who has keep humanity going for all these years.
Erwin aint even a main character chill
Armin is the better choice
the face that this episode didnt have an opening shows how depressing it was gonna be.
Admin definitely don’t have more dubs than Erwin let’s be honest
Off course not
Let’s see armin stopped the female titan from killing jean. Armin sacrificed himself so they could get bertholdt. Armin is the reason they found Reiner. Armin literally sacrificed his masculinity to impersonate historia. Cmon now 💀
@@jirengray6188 and still dont have more Ws
@@jirengray6188 Armin helped saved jean-That statement is stupid itself because saving an individual soldier is nothing impressive, how many soldiers died during that time.Erwin saved humanity.Armin found Reiner fairpoint but erwin found out who the true enemies were before anyone thought of it.He found out that the truth was in the basement. He found out that there were spies in the city. Armin sacrificed himself to defeat the coloosal.Erwin literally sacrificed a whole army to save humanity.
@@jirengray6188 armin saved one soldier. While Erwins new scouting formation decreased soldier casualties by 70%. Erwin sacrificed himself so they could defeat the beast Titan. The beast Titan is way more dangerous than Bertolt. Ur third point is ridiculous. Don’t compare them.
Roshi's Angry "YEAH?!" when burtholdt was screaming out for help got me more than I thought it was. Just that look of pure "NIGGA U SRS" 😂
9:13 it's normal that erwin plans cause more death than armin plans, he is the commander of hundreds of soldiers, and they were trapped without anywhere to hide. On the other side bertholdt first mission was to cause a fire so he wasn't as careful as the beast titan when he was watching them.
Something I noticed right now is the fact that Floch kept going on about why did he think he was going to be any different than the others, and he ended up being different being the only survivor of such massacre.
And the only one who really ducked, as a cause
We all agreed about saving Armin instead of Captain Erwin.. but after reading the manga.. We now know the difference between being Smart & a good strong leader.. and being just smart..
Next season you'll realise the importance of Captain Erwin !!
Exactly!
‘We all agree’ 🧢🧢🧢🧢🧢🧢🧢🧢🧢🧢🧢🧢🧢🧢🧢🧢
Between Erwin and Armin, the only one who can have any type of influence and connection with eren is Armin and that's what makes Armin the right choice even at the point that we are in the manga right now.
@@lxos I mean it was already set in stone to begin with. After all, the “To save...” speech from Mr Owl basically said that Armin was meant to live anyway
Spoiler Alert
After what i saw in the manga. I prefer Erwin now because Armin did nothing special in season 4 Erwin could find an other plan fore Eren and he wil be doing more stuff fore Eldia then this depressed boy Armin who is flirting a female middle of a war.
really ? lol
the biggest thing in this episode that always bothered me is why eren didnt just bring in the ultimate threat
that he eats bertholdt or he just leaves and what are they going to do with only the collosus
I love how no music plays at all for most of the episode. It just adds so much.
Lupa feeling well? Doing okay? He was extra quiet this ep..
Yoooo the disrepect on that whistle noise when she raised Erwins eyes lmaooooo
How did armin survive the fall after getting torched
2:32 Y'all killing me even after a week 😂 😂
No way you are going to convinced me that saving Armin was the right decision. 😥
Why would we? You can believe whatever the hell you want
Nah Erwin was best choice..
His tactics defeated collasal and armored with minimal casualties. Erwin burned up a whole branch of the military to defeat the beast.
I actually felt bad for Betholdt, in this moment of the story you might think he is a villain but later you will see that he was a victim aswell. In Attack on Titan there is no good people everybody is a horrible person that’s why I like it so much
