Hiroshima + Pearl Harbor = Colossal Titan
In the last scene, Reiner kinda just half transformed, hence why he has almost no armor Showing. It's kind of symbolic: that Reiner's form is more human looking showing his humanity while Eren's form looks more monstrous since he's losing his humanity. Reiner had to gain his humanity to help protect his allies while Eren had to let go of his humanity to keep moving forward.

I wonder if we switched his armor to form those spikes on his body to try to deal with Eren's hardened punches.
If he concentrated it into smaller denser locations it might be able to withstand his strength.

Eren actually transformed three times in the span of a few minutes or even an hour. He transformed once when he sprouted, again after mikasa saved him, then again after being impaled a second time in this episode.

Armin looks bigger because there are no walls. Everytime we saw Bertholdt he was next to the 50m tall walls. Here there is nothing to near Armin's high; so he seems bigger.
Even then it’s a bit confusing how big his explosion was. Dude just nuked the city and still looks like he can transform again. When bertholt dropped from the sky he didn’t even do that much damage.
nah fam even without any walls next to him Armins titan looks like he is over 200 meters lmao also his head is super small compared to the body and his muscle mass is bigger than Bertholds was, I assume the head doesnt grow any bigger than that but the body did so the head to body ratio looks like that with Armins titan while Bertholds titans ratio was pretty normal
@@phrawga true but one one of the other episodes they said how bertholdt could make an explosion to take out armies so I think it’s more of the Titan shifter choosing to use the explosion ability. That would probably why when bertholdt transformed in paradis he didn’t cause an explosion, cuz he probably just chose not too. But I don’t read the manga or nothing so idk if armins Titan is bigger or not

The voice acting in this episode really catches the emotions of the characters. Especially Porco's, when he’s pleading with Eren to stop.
Nah Gabi and Falco was better they were literally screaming. That porco scene is literally like other ones.

Armin's explosion was deadlier due to the sheer amount of vaporized water that happened when he turned.
Yeh that’s what I was thinking too. That’s why he went to the ocean for maximum damage. Lol
I'm pretty sure its just that he burned up as much of his body as possible(which we know is how the colossal works from bertholdt vs eren/armin) in the initial burst as opposed to bertholdt who held back to not kill reiner and be able to fight after. Armin's titan is mostly bones with very little flesh after the explosion as opposed to bertholdt who still had tons of flesh left.

I don't know if you guys noticed but the kid under the rubble when Armin transformed near the port is the same kid that was in the exact same frame position on the end credits of the season 3 finale when they were showing clips of Marley except now it was at a different time ALSO When Armin was in the blimp with Hange and he said "If we can't recover Eren and the others, there's no future for us" it was along the same lines to what Erwin said in Season 2 ep 11 when they were trying to recover Eren from Reiner and he said "There is no future where humanity can inhabit these lands without Eren" It's cool to see the parallel between Erwin and Armin

even if canonically it is 50m, the way they drew the Colossal Titan is way too tall for 50m. Look up Statue of Unity and compare it to how The Colossal looks I would say the scale to human size for both of them is similar. And thd statue of Unity is already 180m tall. TBH i dont mind the colossal titan being that huge either.

Armin: at least feels remorse, so that already makes him different from Bertholdt
Eren probably thinking: Bitch, do you not remember how many people died within the walls because of them? How many titans got in and killed countless people because of them? Remember Connie's hometown? His mother? Zeke did that willingly. Remember the battle at Shiganshina? Zeke hucking rocks at us like buckshot? He was having fun, that was just a game to him. Armin begged with Bertholdt, the most level-headed and reasonable out of all of them, for peace to work something out and he told us to "lay down and die". They never would have stopped, and even if they succeeded the cycle of death wouldn't have stopped at Paradis. Zeke has royal blood and despises his own race, he sold out his own parents, imagine what he'd do if he got the power of the founding titan. The wall titans would've been used to further their conquest. They didn't come to our island for peace. They could've at any time reached out to us, to work something out with the people of Paradis, but instead they chose to wipe us out like vermin. King Fritz may have built the walls, but he didn't build those docks and wall that Marley throws people off of and turn them into titans, all those titans weren't out there of their own choice. Marley turned a paradise into a prison. I'm not trying to justify my or Armin's actions here today, I didn't want to kill innocents, I wasn't even certain that Marley and the rest of the world would declare war on Paradis, but this still doesn't make up for what they did for the past 10 years, let alone over 100 years. I already have a lot of regrets, this is just a few more.
Mikasa is talking about innocent civilians (people who done nothing to Paradis), not those who responsible for the deaths in Paradis in previous season.

I think the explosives in the battle ships also contributed to the whole explosion instead of Armin just doing that alone by himself but that's just my thought.

@@infinity_sh4816 don't remember the numbers but they stated the death count in season 1 after wall maria fell. googled it and the numbers seem like what i remember. 10,000 died in the initial attack, then the government forced another 250,000 back out because of food and crowding inside wall rose. 100 of the 250,000 survived. so even though it wasn't as direct as the initial 10,000 , it's like they killed all 260,000 through the simple act of breaking the wall.
and the number of civilian collateral from armin is unknown, but the total count is above 30,000
