Glad you finally got around to using the Stun Baton. The Repulsor Mod is amazing in functionality as a support weapon in that it doesn't do much damage alone, but it has the ability to electrocute and send a whole group of zombies flying! AND if you get the Nerd Tats candy, the lightning arcs to other enemies nearby, making it extremely useful in horde nights. Just imagine the lightning chain/arc + molotov + say Junk Turret!

You can have a quest active from each trader at one time and you can switch where your map takes you in the questing tab
Just avoid accepting two active quests at the same exact POI location
Glock, you live in a wasteland biome. You don’t need to wear the duster even though it give amazing resistance to weather. You should wear the college jacket for the in creased run speed. Of course you should switch when going to the desert.
Didn’t you read the book that allows you to walk over land mines without detonating them? So you don’t need to destroying them and can later come back to pick up and use or just use it right then and there?
You don't have to do the special jobs to unlock the next tier of quests, those will be available the day after (when the quests reset). You can also take a regular job (from each trader) and the special job at the same time. Toggling quest tracking on the quest page won't affect quest stages or completion statuses. Though if you take multiple active quests at the same POI only one will work properly so that's something to consider.
Glock9 pulls off some amazing shots on small fast moving targets in this series with a bow and arrows. One shotting chickens and rabbits hidden in bushes has been really impressive. Then along comes his nemesis target: a stationary mine outside the strip club.

There is a book that makes it way easier to charge the stun baton. If you build a level 5 with that book unlock, it gets really good
yeah, i always said that the intellect tree is underhandedly OP, but noone believes me.
The damage comparison to putting the same amount of perks/points/crafting into clubs or sledges makes batons still worthless.
@@pwnzorder not really. Its damage may be a bit less, but the ability to quite literally stun lock the zombie and recharge the shock almost every hit(with appropriate perks and book) plus the repulsar mod, you can very easily take on large groups just as well as the club and for way less stamina than any sledge.
@@dirgesheverish it has the base damage of a wooden club... It's a tier 1 weapon that TFP in no way shape or form intended to use for late game... (With appropriate perks and books) the sledge can use very little stamina as well. With appropriate perks and books the Steel club can be swung infinitely w/out running out of stamina.
@@pwnzorder Thats not really the great argument you think it is. Any weapon with the appropriate perks can be swung nearly without stamina cost, if its not a big two handed weapon. And yes, while the base damage of a basic level 1 stun baton does do the same damage as a club, you are forgetting the shocked effect that does "3 damage every half a second and effectively stun the character for 3.2 seconds" meaning it deals 6 more dps from shocking bringing the baton from 13, to 19. It is now only outclassed by the steel club and the steal sledge hammer. But lets be honest, what are you more likely to find early game, and by late game with "all the perks" in the right areas, the batons attacks per min sits at 70, vs 34(Steel sledge) and/or 52 (Steel club) meaning that those lovely extra attacks stack extra damage, and if you do the math, it makes the baton put out more damage per min than the other weapons. However, let me just say that if you prefer a different weapon and/or build to me, that is perfectly fine, but try not to talk down on someone else's build or preferred weapon.
Stock up on Nerd Tats for AOE with the stun batton.
Glock, for your entry, rather than keep replacing the frames, you can put a ladder starting on the third floor. Zombies cant jump that high, but you can. Zombies can stack up, but if you put a door/hatch on top, then no worries...
That 3rd trader is going to be Trader Joel, the one in the tree house. When you accepted the special job, his location id was in the text for the job.

Has Glock crafted a Crucible yet? I know he made a big deal of getting the schematic on day 7, but I don't remember seeing him make it, or show it in his forge.
those custom fit mods are neat, it makes heavy armour moveable because if you got heavy gear without these mods you pretty much walk like a tortoise or a snail

In the quest menu, click on the job on the left that you want to focus on and then click on the compass above of to make it your focus job. Itll highlight on the map after that. You can have a ton of jobs pending at once. Regardless if completed or not. Ive had up to 10 when playing with someone else and we share jobs with each other.
The shock baton could be good if used on a catwalk. Send em flying off the catwalk for extra fall damage and force em to run back around to the steps, especially if you do a turret heavy horde defense.

Alright, so first I'd like to say that I love your channel and watching your videos is a treat, especially 7 Days. So I want to make a suggestion. A lot of people have frowned on my method of surviving horde night, but you may like it. So the idea is to rush a workbench and then a minibike as quickly as possible. Then, when horde night comes, you make sure that your bikes inventory is full of fuel and repair materials and ride away from your dwelling and keep riding until morning. Once horde night is over, you turn around and kill the zombies. Since they are no longer receiving the bonuses from the blood moon, it'll be the equivalent of raiding a hospital.
Edit;
The zombies can't run as fast as the minibike and therefore will only be able to chase. Though you do have to stay aware of wildlife and wild zombies of course.
the stun baton is best used with the perk that specifically upgrades it's use. and also flury of blows since it buffs one handed attack speed, and the stun burst is based on the number of hits. so upping how fast you can whak them is wise.
Using the stun baton is thematically fitting as it is something a prison guard would use
It's like a zat gun from Stargate. First shot zaps them. Second kills em. Third shot disintegrates them!

You should be able to press reload to charge the stun baton, or maybe with a mod. That would make it closer to other weapons in how effective it is.

Unless someone already mentioned it, you can only do 1job per trader at a time, but you can work for multiple traders at a time.

That stun baton seems kinda op in a 1v1 and high efficiency for stamina vs knockdown.

You can loot a place and then start quest, the loot will reset. Saw XBcrafted to it.
Your next playthrough should include a compo pack map. Exploring all those player made POIs would make for great content.

Honestly I don't like the repulsor mod. Yeah, it looks amusing, but practically speaking its better to keep the zombie standing so a headshot is quick and easy. That being said I'd suggesting getting nerd tats. It gives the baton an area of effect stun which is good for melee horde bases.
So, I was thinking, why not alternate hordes every series? One series have regular horde settings, the next have hordes every 3 nights, then hordes every night and so on, just to add a good bit of variety.
