    AMAZING!
I have made four batches so far using butterflied drumsticks. Gone up to a 12 hour marination and was even better. Everyone who tasted ( fellow heat freaks at work) were skeptical of the concept but was love at first bite. A keeper recipe thanks to you. I had the potato chips and I was hooked, but crossing over to bbq never crossed my mind. Love your stuff!

Interesting idea to brine it in the pickle juice! Always up for a new wings recipe - even if you aren't the first on this - you're the first I've seen do it. Sure beats just throwing it down the drain! Thank you!

That jerkybsounds good. BTW, ASMOME contacted me yesterday and said theybwer changing your shipping to FedEx and were including more pellets for the delay. Thanks for your patience. I was on their Instagram page and looks like quite a few customers are seeing shipping issues with them.

I did fried wings some years ago a pickle and buttermilk brine along with some other spices. It makes the chicken so juicy the pickle juice was there for the taste it was to make it juicy and tender chicken. I will be definately trying yours on the smoker I would love that pickle taste and I’m like your wife I like the dill pickle chips and if she like sunflower seeds they have dill sunflowers seed yummy

I did just get some dried whole Habaneros but that Reaper sauce has to be banging brother. You sure are getting some good use from that A smoke. Very nicely done

They require a lot of shaking. The other thing to try id when you are done turn the can upside down and spay out the remaining.

I would be concerned how the vinegar might "eat" those thin wings if marinating overnight.
