YES! YES! YES! One of the very best Hard Rock live performances of all time, certainly of the 21st century. 🤘❤🤘What you said at 2:40 or so about how the maids you saw in Japan on the street were timid and kawaii is one of the reasons Miku chose the maid theme for the band. She wanted to instill in the audience what she calls "The Gap", which is the Cognitive Dissonance felt when seeing the kawaii image and the Hard Rock sounds together. Babymetal used the same technique in their Kawaii Metal. Miku also chose the black and white outfits with just a touch of red and blue in her and Saiki's flowers because that is the same aesthetic values used by the Japanese Sumi-e school of ink drawing...and Miku is way deeper mind-wise than many realise! 🤘❤🤘 DOMINATION live was the 22nd song of their 23 song set and begins with a segue that is the dying away of the last note of the previous song PLAY. At 5:57 - MISA, the bassist, Kanami the lead guitarist and composer, and Miku the rhythm guitarist and founder of the band, are playing Hengao - "strange faces" - with Akane the drummer, which is making funny faces to try and put someone off. Akane, of course, laughs along while not missing a beat. It shows the ladies' confidence in each others' abilities that they can fool around like this while all of them slam out note-perfect Rock at full tilt. At 6:47 - MISA the bassist is holding her plectrum in her curled finger so she can produce it and switch from slapping to picking in half a nanosecond! At 7:23 - Akane the drummer hitting two separate beats on her double kick pedals while simultaneously continuing the song melody on her snare, toms and cymbal. At 10:08 - a brief glimpse of Kanami laying down one sweet rolling chord pattern - pure class. THE best Hard Rock band on Earth!
Kanami (Lead guitar) favorite guitarist is Santana and he said when you play music the fans should not only hear the music but feel it so that is the way she writes her music!!!!! Thank you for what you do!!!!!
Extended intros and breakdowns during shows are a Band-Maid trademark. The bass/guitar battle you heard on "Hate?" was debuted at Lollapalooza 2023 and continued through the rest of the tour. As far as I know the "Domination" interlude was a one-off for the Line Cube Shibuya show. Thank god it was recorded. Thanks for the reaction!
Tequila Jimmy and Gringa, Thank you for this reaction. When I was quarantined in the woods due to Covid. Thank God I had the internet and this was first Band-Maid video I pulled up on UA-cam. I started looking around UA-cam for mor Band-Maid videos. "Thrill", "Dice", "Blooming", Choose Me" all came up and I was hooked. I, at 75 years of age, am a full-blown Maidiac. I have been to two of their live concerts, Atlanta and Minneapolis, and will tell anyone those are two of the best live concerts I have seen in my life. I have seen Cream, The Doors, The Byrds live in the late 60's, Led Zeppelin and the Allmen Brothers Band in the 70's, Devo and others in the 80's. Hell, I even saw Elvis live, so I have heard a lot of great rock music. Band-Maid has restored my love of rock and roll that I thought was dead. I'm not the only old geezer to think this way. An interesting sidenote. Band-Maid and The Warning both performed at a live concert last week in Tokyo. They also collaborated on a new song title. "Show Us". The both got together and performed the song live at the end of that concert. The song should be coming out on Band-Maid's newest albums, coming out soon. I'll tell you that song is a rock and roll banger that both groups should be proud of. Speaking of The Warning, you should react to "Warning", the official music video that Band-Maid has released in the past.
I think you guys are now ready for a couple instrumental tracks. From Now On is a recent MV. Onset is an older Official Live. Both are face-meltingly delicious.

@@REOREO-cs2wc You are very welcome my friend. Japanese rock bands, especially female ones, have kept the flame of true rock alive for us old-timers. As someone who has followed rock since the late 1950's, this makes my heart feel good.
@@mikeat2637 Thanks for the reply. Japanese female rock bands remind me of the 80s. I smile when I watch UA-cam videos of “nemophila” covering old bands.
Great reaction, thank you! Time to know these fabulous ladies a little more: Miku Kobato "Little Pigeon" - band founder - rhythm guitar and second vocals. Main lyricist. Claims to be an 810 year old pigeon and makes pigeon noises when she speaks. Po! Very good at poker, really into horses and horse racing. Very clumsy, may fall into ditches. Has the energy of an average nuclear power station mixed with weapons grade cuteness. A comedian onstage - literally! She is the heart and soul of the band. Saiki Atsumi "The Ice Queen" - Lead vocalist and frontwoman. The youngest member at 30. Into train spotting and collecting trainers (sports shoes). Very girly, into doing her nails and is a fashion icon. Really into Baseball and the Hanshin Tigers. Don't mess with her you will lose. But she has a heart of gold and a killer dry sense of humour. Recently started writing lyrics. Has final say on songs. Kanami Tono - "Kanamincho" but usually just "Mincho" for short. Lead guitar and an absolute genius songwriter. Total riff machine. Has two personas. Normally a tiny cute shy very polite lady who seems very innocent (the band have to explain dirty jokes to her). Until she puts on her guitar. As the band say: "then she gets quite violent" - she turns into the shredding rock star she is. Takes guitar off, back to the little girl. Likes cakes, coffee and is totally infatuated by Saiki. She adores Saiki very much, to everyone's amusement. Akane Hirose - "The Gorilla" on Drums. Seems to be the sane member of the band, but is actually the band clown. Has an enormous appetite, seen eating in a lot of MV's. Eats a lot of bananas including on stage, hence the nickname. But she is terrible at actual cooking. Usually has a big grin on her face while drumming manically, Akane was also a DJ (under the name DJ Achi) and likes dancing and goofing with MISA. She also plays trombone! MISA (all caps, no last name) "The Barefoot Assassin" on bass. An absolute bass prodigy, MISA is very shy onstage (and a total clown offstage with Akane). Nickname comes from the fact she plays barefoot and looks like an assassin. Because of shyness often drinks onstage, you can often spot a bottle of Jim Beam on her amp. She drinks it neat. Lately drinking more beer than whiskey though, good girl. Doesn't say much, but when she does it's usually totally hilarious! At a lot of concerts you will hear the fans chanting MISA! MISA! MISA! which has become a slogan.
Who would have thought the drummer Akane struggled with double bass early in the band's existence. Totally shows what hard work and determination can do!
I saw them live in the US in 2022 (The Fillmore at Silver Springs MD) and 2023 (The Brooklyn Bowl in Nashville). You think you are prepared for how good they are live, then you see them live and they are even better. You can see they are having fun and love what they do for the entire show. They are also very appreciative of their fans and, on that note, I will suggest that you check out Endless Story "Live". It is from the same concert as the "Hate" live and was the closing song. Cheers!
Thanks for your enthusiasm for this band. I have been listening to rock music since the 1960's and discovered Band Maid by accident while searching for classic rock. My mind was blown at just how talented they are and how good their music is. I still listen to classic rock, but every time I go back to Band Maid, I'm like YES! This is where it's at, the best rock band out there in my opinion. Just hope they don't go full blown metal. I agree that headphones are great if you have close by neighbors or just a phone to listen with, but listening to them with a high-quality stereo system with good speakers and subwoofers adjusted properly is an experience that you can Hear and Feel that can be enjoyed to the fullest. And yes, you can hear each instrument and the vocals and where they are coming from, and, it doesn't have to be played really loud to be able to hear, feel and enjoy it the way it was meant to be. But I'm not a musician, so what do I know. But thank God for the musicians that produce the music that we all enjoy so much.
I'm 61 and have been around the concert block in all my years but these ladies may have been the best show I ever did see. Hopefully they roll back into the states again next year. Enjoy the rabbit hole!!!
Yes, go and see them live. It's totally worth the road trip if they are not playing in your town. It's highly unlikely they will be coming to my town anytime soon, so I have done multiple road trips to see them in 2022, West Coast and East Coast. In 2023, in Texas, then the West Coast and Japan for the 10th Anniversary Tour Finale at Yokohama Arena. And in 2024 in Japan. You'll meet tons of awesome Maidiacs and the show...each a little different in setlist and the Omajinai Time MC...always different, entertaining as heck and when the other troll Miku...hilarious. So, if you have the opportunity, check them out! Anyway, there's so many more songs to go. I see other Maidiacs have made suggestions...so keep on rocking with the Maids. Help them spread their music, as it is their goal...World Domination! PO!🕊 🤘😆🤘
Well you know my technical opinion about MISA but I let it go even though her nickname isn't 💯% correct. It's a catch phrase for others but MISA is a Badass Bass Assassin to me 😉🤙🏽
You seeing the timidity of the maids in Japan gives you the perfect baseline to experience “The Gap.” Expect timidity; receive powerful music. So much good stuff ahead. And some real surprises. Remember that I said this as you go further down the pigeonhole. How about a different facet of their musicianship? “Daydreaming,” OMV Or an instrumental? “Onset,” official LIVE How about hair metal with a 🎀? “DICE,” OMV The fact you know some Japanese really gives you an advantage in understanding Miku’s clever, poetic lyrics. And appreciate how she is able to write meaningful lyrics in both languages and be able to rhyme them!?
Another great reaction !!!! As to your comment about Japanese bands you have listened to, I think all of us would like to hear some of your favorites. My sojourn with Japanese bands started with The 5, 6, 7, 8's and Show-Ya back around 2002 or so and then fell into SCANDAL and Stereopony. There's a clip on YT from 2011 where SCANDAL and Stereopony performed together at Girls Factory 11, doing "Hitohira No Hanabira" and it was so cool to see both groups on stage live. I fell away for some time and got back into it when I saw a post on Facebook of a Wagakki Band video for their song "Kishikaisei". I was instantly hooked. From WGB it led to Baby Metal, Aldious, Bridear, Girlfriend,Trident, Doll$Box, Fate Gear and then finally to Band Maid. At the same time I discovered Glim Spanky, who are the quietest powerhouse I've ever heard. Remi's voice is just perfection and Hiroki is a wizard on guitar. And recently I got very interested in K-Rock with Rolling Quartz and DIH and a new Japanese female rock band called NEK. There is just so much talent. And Li-sa-X's new band Koiai is just hitting its stride and looks very promising. Keep up the good work.
I would suggest that the next suggestion from Band Maid their song Freedom which actually contains a segment for their Akane (drums) . On the left side of the stage Kanami and Seike are hooting and hollering, clapping their hands are pumping their fists for her doing a great job. How many bands do that for their fellow members?? None that I know of. Only Band Maid doing Band Maid things does that.
*BAND-MAID* is here to Dominate the world with *Cute* and *Cool* music 🤗 / 😎 In the beginning there was a small pigeon 🐦 who met a guitarist 🎸 who played with a drummer 🥁 who went to school with the bassist 🎸 and then tricked the singer 🎤 to join the band then the small pigeon 🐦 asks the guitarist 🎸 please teach me how to play the guitar 🎸. The Story Continues.
I remember seeing them live here in FL for Rockville, and they were getting set up for their segment and their staff and engineers were on stage right after the ~30-45 min rain delay and started getting ready and sound checking everything down to the last detail

Miko, Kanami, Akane, Saiki, and Misa! If you can learn John, Paul, George & Ringo, then we should all know BAND-MAID’s names. Best rock band of this century so far.
Thank you both for your comments regarding Band-Maid and their song ‘Domination’. Your comment regarding the lead guitarist, Kanami Tono, and her melodic solo were interesting. Ohrenji has a documentary on Saiki and Kanami - professional quality. Kanami is classically trained and grew up listening to a lot of classical music but especially Chopin. Kanami has stated that she strives for her solos to be melodic. Thanks again
Another banger reaction! We only get to hear a song for the first time once. So when we see others experience the songs we love, it's a bit like the first time again. Thank you so much guys ❤
The Maids have a collab with THE WARNING coming with their new album, this Summer ("SHOW THEM"). The plans for true World Domination proceed as intended. 🤘😎👍
Thanks again from Japan 有難う💛。This song was played in the latest concert on June 12 in EX theater in Roppongi. That was a special joint concert by Band-Maid & The Warning. I went to see it. What a bliss! Paulina and Akane literally and happily competed to see which drummer can break their bass drum first in the finale 🤣 The Warning, the opener, performed so powerful that it looked to me that the Maids were fired up to start their turn as a hostess band. It was 150% energetic throughout their performance including that new song "Show Them" played with the guest band at the end of the show.
Thanks for the reaction and comments. Band-Maid doing Band-Maid things The most adorable group of ladies rockin' out like there's no tomorrow. It doesn't get much better than these ladies on stage. Cheers!
If you want to hear Kanami go full guitar hero I highly recommend the mv Blooming. Watch the mv for the full effect of her playing a 1986 sounding guitar solo. 1st time I heard it I had a flashback to the 80's when I was in the Corps. Killer song.
Band Maid, The Warning, Lovebites, Nemophila, Baby Metal (not a fan of), all have loyal fan bases that are incredibly loyal. Rolling Quartz out of Korea is blowing up as well. If you want to add another all female band that rocks check out the track Fearless. They aren't the players these other bands are are but the hard edged pop rock they play is actually pretty good. Plus again, gorgeous.
at one point all the guitarists were crowded around the drummer. That was them trying to tease her and get her to miss a beat. It's a game they play at live shows. But Akane never misses.
Another band I think you guys would enjoy is East of Eden - a relatively new band but made up of some top class musicians from other bands - it's Rock but with a twist ! I'd start with there very first single " Evolve " Extended Version - link below - ENJOY ! ua-cam.com/video/gL2GQWhJaNQ/v-deo.html
This video is one of the few times you can catch in action MISA's special technique. Watch during her solo at the last part of it. She switches from holding the pick, to flicking it to between her fingers, so she can slap instead.
Miku has a great voice as well. Listen to the acoustic version of Sayonakidori. Kanami, the lead guitarist, is one of the best composers in rock / metal. Here are several other masterworks by the Maids: Blooming, From Now On, Shambles, Different, Manners, Dice, Onset, Daydreaming, Play, Rinne, Real Existence, Gion Cho...
Band-Maid are my happy pill, to be taken every day with my other meds. Now, to see Akane cut loose behind the kit, you should do yourselves a favour & react to 'Freedom' live. She puts on an extended drum solo that will astonish you. You will see why her epithet is "The Gorilla". Apart from the fact that she eats bananas on stage during a show, and has been seen to throw the skins into the crowd.
Great reaction. I listened to lots of Japanese music, but Band-Maid reigns supreme on my playlist. The Warning out of Mexico is a must see. Relatively newer bands worthy of putting on your radar are East of Eden, KOIAI , and Rolling Quartz from Korea. But please, don't stop doing Band-Maid.
Loving the channel and for going down the J-rock rabbithole! TJ, appreciate the musical and J-cultural knowledge and Gringa, the posirive energy and female perspective. I don't know what the hell is going on in Japan, but literally all the new music I listen to now are by women! Not just rock, like Band Maid or metal like Love Bites. But everything in between such as Babymetal "Road of Resistance"; Nemophila "Revive"; Hanabie "We Love Sweets" OR hardcore punk, Otoboke Beaver "Don't Light My Fire" OR, classic hip-hop and R&B, XG (Xtraordinary Girls) "Woke Up" All top tier stuff! And I'm a pickey bastard!😂 This used to be my go-to MV for introducing someone to Band-Maid. It just has all the elements of what makes them such a great, and even better live, band! Currently, "Hate?" live, has the top spot, with "Don't You Tell Me" live, high up there too! I disagree about the mix. Kanami needs to be turned up! (Altho, I suspect it might be her preference)🤷♂️ Hope you two check out some of the other suggestions!
Thank you so much for the awesome comment I took a screenshot of your comment so we can check some of those other things out. We loved Hanabie as you probably saw in our reaction we went nuts lol 🍻
Maybe time to add a little twist... Please check out a band called "Gacharic Spin" just take a look at their song "Mindset"... let us know what you think.
That difference between their sound and their appearance is exactly what founder Miku wanted and carefully cultivated. Among Maidiacs it's known as The Gap. But this LIVE mix is barely passable for a BAND-MAID Mix. This is too ambient because of the room mics to pick up the audience, which made the low end too unfocused. Most of the Classic BAND-MAID was taken off UA-cam ahead of a DVD release and for a long time could only be seen on the Chinese site Bilibili. Some of it has been coming back on the Instrumental Maid channel. But check out the mix on 'Real Existence' LIVE to hear what it's should sound like. One good thing about the Line Cube Shibuya mix is they didn't get accused of not really playing their instruments after this.
Miku is a bit clumsy and falls now and then, both on stage and elsewhere. She is known for her bruises. Just after 7:20 she falls in this video. She also falls in the Freedom live video.
Do yourself a favor and look one more time at the battle of Miku and Kanami, going into the drumsolo. It's hilarious. At the very end, Miku falls flat on her ass! That's what you get trying to keep up with your teacher 😀😅
One of my favorite "Older Era (2016-17)" reactor quotes that I heard regarding Band Maid: "C'mon those girls can't really be playing their own instruments?!". (I think that they might just be doing that -- and they're Ladies, not "girls").
I'd love to hear the Japanese bands that are your faves. Maximum the Hormone? I note you have listened also to Lovebites and Nemophila on the channel. Another all female Japanese band you might like is Hanabie. My best recommendation, however, is Asterism, a three piece whose guitarist may just be the best metal guitarist ever at 21 years old. ua-cam.com/video/51Pxkp8lGAs/v-deo.html

PO!🕊 🤘😆🤘
MISA!!! MISA!!! MISA!!! 🥃🥃🥃🤙🏽
And i'll have a chaser with that statement.🍺🥃
@@GaryHolloway-810 lol 🍻Kampai !!
Just an amazing band. Thank you 🤘
That Bassist is MISA, nickname the "Barefoot Assassin" because she wears no footwear on stage & takes no prisoners.😁
Thanks for the info! 🍺😁
Being barefoot around all that electricity, isn't MISA worried about execution? Wait! She is... The Executor -- killing every note of every song!
Well you know my technical opinion about MISA but I let it go even though her nickname isn't 💯% correct. It's a catch phrase for others but MISA is a Badass Bass Assassin to me 😉🤙🏽
@@TomClark-Futoura I heard her skin is also a natural capacitor so she packs a powerful electric charge...probably.😏
@@RogerChance5309 I knew you wouldn't have known that so it was specially for you.🤭
Welcome to the rock and roll roller coaster that is Band Maid.
“Daydreaming,” OMV
Or an instrumental? “Onset,” official LIVE
How about hair metal with a 🎀? “DICE,” OMV
The fact you know some Japanese really gives you an advantage in understanding Miku’s clever, poetic lyrics. And appreciate how she is able to write meaningful lyrics in both languages and be able to rhyme them!?
Dice sounds right up my alley 😎😎
These ladies are a true delight to watch and listen to. Band-Maid NEVER disappoints.
Glad you recognized the strong melodic content to their music! Very few people seem to recognize this.
🤘🤘
Band-Maid = Joy in the form of awesome rock music
I would suggest that the next suggestion from Band Maid their song Freedom which actually contains a segment for their Akane (drums) . On the left side of the stage Kanami and Seike are hooting and hollering, clapping their hands are pumping their fists for her doing a great job. How many bands do that for their fellow members?? None that I know of. Only Band Maid doing Band Maid things does that.
I saw them live! 🍺😁🤘🏻
So did i.😃
MISA MISA MISA MISA...
Good morning kids!! Love the Maids
Rise n Shine ! ☀️
Love Band-Maid! I have seen them live twice by far my favorite shows... ever! Check out more and thank you for the reaction.
🤘🤘
*BAND-MAID* is here to Dominate the world with *Cute* and *Cool* music 🤗 / 😎
In the beginning there was a small pigeon 🐦 who met a guitarist 🎸 who played with a drummer 🥁 who went to school with the bassist 🎸 and then tricked the singer 🎤 to join the band then the small pigeon 🐦 asks the guitarist 🎸 please teach me how to play the guitar 🎸. The Story Continues.
🍺🥴🤘🏻
Nice reaction
I remember seeing them live here in FL for Rockville, and they were getting set up for their segment and their staff and engineers were on stage right after the ~30-45 min rain delay and started getting ready and sound checking everything down to the last detail
MISA MISA MISA!!!

Miko, Kanami, Akane, Saiki, and Misa! If you can learn John, Paul, George & Ringo, then we should all know BAND-MAID’s names. Best rock band of this century so far.
Ola! Domination and the Rainy Sunday is Sunny. Day! Greetings Gringo Ben! Po!🎉
Po!!
Great reaction guys. here are 2 more killers . Freedom, featuring drums and Real Existence . both official live clips.
Thank you so much for tuning in !! 💖
Yup. Which is why I love reaction videos. We get to relive vicariously the joy of discovering the band all over again.
The Maids have a collab with THE WARNING coming with their new album, this Summer ("SHOW THEM"). The plans for true World Domination proceed as intended. 🤘😎👍
please react puzzle acoustic
beatiful song
🤘🤘🤘🎀🎀🎀🎀🎀🔥🔥🔥
Thanks again from Japan 有難う💛。This song was played in the latest concert on June 12 in EX theater in Roppongi. That was a special joint concert by Band-Maid & The Warning. I went to see it. What a bliss! Paulina and Akane literally and happily competed to see which drummer can break their bass drum first in the finale 🤣 The Warning, the opener, performed so powerful that it looked to me that the Maids were fired up to start their turn as a hostess band. It was 150% energetic throughout their performance including that new song "Show Them" played with the guest band at the end of the show.
Thank You for Your Report, Flügelhorn, Mann! Greetings from Hamburg again! Ben Po❤
Sounds Amazing!!
@@tasminoben686 Yeah!💛 Gute Nacht, Po. 🥱

Kanami 😍🔥🤘❤️
MIKU!🤗🤘🏻✌🏻
I've seen The Maids 3 times ❤❤❤
I see you realized how good my favorite player in the band is, Misa, the bass player
Thanks for the reaction and comments. Band-Maid doing Band-Maid things The most adorable group of ladies rockin' out like there's no tomorrow. It doesn't get much better than these ladies on stage. Cheers!
Right after Kanami's great third solo Saiki sings, "Our pulses race together." Indeed! Band-Maid. Domination. Nuff said! Thx, Jimmy & Gringa!
If you want to hear Kanami go full guitar hero I highly recommend the mv Blooming. Watch the mv for the full effect of her playing a 1986 sounding guitar solo. 1st time I heard it I had a flashback to the 80's when I was in the Corps. Killer song.
Noted!! 📝🍻
Also, the solo for Alone shows Kanami is holding back most of the time....
Great reaction but...needs a T-shirt.
👍🤗🥰😁🤘🕊👀
🍺🥴
Band Maid, The Warning, Lovebites, Nemophila, Baby Metal (not a fan of), all have loyal fan bases that are incredibly loyal. Rolling Quartz out of Korea is blowing up as well. If you want to add another all female band that rocks check out the track Fearless. They aren't the players these other bands are are but the hard edged pop rock they play is actually pretty good. Plus again, gorgeous.
One of Kanami's main influences is Carlos Santana !!!!!!! King of the melodic guitar !!!!
🤘
Like there was a tiny teardrop or something onion at the end of the song. True or not? (IMO Gringa also noticed)
It is hard to tell if The Gringa truly likes this band judging by how still and stoic her reactions are. (Hahahaa) Keep them coming guys!
😂😂😂
at one point all the guitarists were crowded around the drummer.
The best mixing is on the Studio Coast concert but it is hard to find.
You should check out Catharsis live acoustic. A more intimate performance from the band, completely different from other performances.
The band you should definitely listen to is Gacharic Spin!
Not only technique
There are many hard songs,
Double drum TAMASHII and
I recommend 赤裸ライアー.
Screenshot Taken!!
But everything in between such as Babymetal "Road of Resistance"; Nemophila "Revive"; Hanabie "We Love Sweets"
OR hardcore punk, Otoboke Beaver "Don't Light My Fire"
OR, classic hip-hop and R&B, XG (Xtraordinary Girls) "Woke Up"
All top tier stuff! And I'm a pickey bastard!😂
This used to be my go-to MV for introducing someone to Band-Maid.
It just has all the elements of what makes them such a great, and even better live, band!
Currently, "Hate?" live, has the top spot, with "Don't You Tell Me" live, high up there too!
I disagree about the mix.
Kanami needs to be turned up! (Altho, I suspect it might be her preference)🤷♂️
Hope you two check out some of the other suggestions!
Thank you so much for the awesome comment I took a screenshot of your comment so we can check some of those other things out. We loved Hanabie as you probably saw in our reaction we went nuts lol 🍻
@@TJandTheGringa Oo, I missed the Hanabie. Watching next!🤘
You rock man! TySm !! 👊👊
Maybe time to add a little twist... Please check out a band called "Gacharic Spin" just take a look at their song "Mindset"... let us know what you think.
Noted ! 📝 Stay Tuned !!
Yes present us wi6h mote Japanese bands
Bassline? Try Manners/Black Hole live
Maybe one of your old Japanese music (2:57) were the group Yousei Teikoku...all of their Cd`s were great:)
I'm actually going to watch that again right now!
One of my favorite "Older Era (2016-17)" reactor quotes that I heard regarding Band Maid: "C'mon those girls can't really be playing their own instruments?!". (I think that they might just be doing that -- and they're Ladies, not "girls").
How about some GALMET the song promised dawn
I'd love to hear the Japanese bands that are your faves. Maximum the Hormone? I note you have listened also to Lovebites and Nemophila on the channel. Another all female Japanese band you might like is Hanabie. My best recommendation, however, is Asterism, a three piece whose guitarist may just be the best metal guitarist ever at 21 years old.

We did a reaction on Hanabie...check it out! 🍻
