Hi what’s the value of citric acid. Sugar is 3 times of the rose, citric acid equals to what? 1 tsp per cup of sugar. It’s a good video.

Soak dried petals in chlorine free water until rehydrated. Drain off water which you can drink.
Some knead the petals instead of chopping it with the machine , and use a bit less less sugar .. depends on taste …
