Actually Adam. As someone who has lived in several haunted houses, including one that some people could not bear to enter & that I was attacked in I think you are pretty brave doing this. You might be wise to cleanse yourself before going home. Waft some Sage smoke over yourself & your transport, or incense, or at least brush yourself off & maybe visualise healing light flowing around you, washing anything unwanted away. All the best.

Praying for protection from Jesus is the best, but I wouldn't go in at all. Why risk attachment and bringing something home with you? There really are evil spirits and if you're not a Christian than you REALLY shouldn't go in.

@@jeanzyc.5103 all the sage and crystals I put my deceptive faith in wasn’t going to save me from what I was up against when I moved into a home over 100 years old. Actually, yes, we do have houses like these in America, mostly in the eastern part of the country in the 13 original colonies. I'm also in Virginia, but am originally from California. Until I moved here in 1989, I had no idea these old 1700s and 1800s houses existed, but there are plenty of them. Many are preserved into museums, wedding venues, or B and Bs, but some are abandoned.

I lived in a old victorian house. Haunted by many but we found peace with them. The house was originally built by P.T. Barnum for his wife and children. It was built in 1736 and still stands strong. It is the most beautiful house I have ever lived in and the haunting never bothered us. Small children that died of influenza and one who fell from the balcony. There was also a older woman, a servant or nanny, she kept tract of the children who were there when I was. Not one spirit gave us trouble, the kids liked to move stuff around though.

I live in Canada and my house was built in 1879 (Victorian era). So sad to see homes become like this one. You were right about having big homes but not having money to fix them so you make due.
I think what would help is if you leave the EMF down. Let them come to it. You’re a stranger in their home asking for them to interact but also they might not want to get close to you.

Yes I would live in that house if it was renovated. I'd only live with all the spirits if they cleaned up all their issues and emotional baggage. I have enough of my own! And Adam you are really growing in your ability to be 1) "normal" and 2) polite when communicating. I wish everyone could just understand that those who have crossed over are still PEOPLE...to be addressed as one would people in bodies. You got a lot of responses because you were courteous and not demanding or insulting...and not screaming "OMG OMG" like a frightened little boy. I always want to tell that kind of ghost hunter that It's good to keep in mind that many who cannot be seen could be standing very nearby, watching them act like an idiot. Great job on this one! Production, approach...
    everything! ❤

Quite interesting. At first, the atmosphere was quite entranced with Adam. I detected good vibes towards Adam. When the the Necrophonic was introduced, the atmosphere turned into a very intense atmosphere. The “children” had been told to look out and run. Fear predominated. Interesting that Adam, who is a “sensitive” cut the session short and left. I believe he sensed something quite negative and chose to withdrawal promptly.

You're right a serial killer would love that part of that house. *shutter* This was such a beautiful home in it's prime. It still looks good now considering. I'm always so glad you take the time to take care of the owners things. Little things like picking up their pictures and putting them on that shelf was so kind. The reading went well also! I love when you do that. You're getting much more relaxed doing those and it shows with the results you're getting. Look forward to your next explore. Stay safe. What a gem of a house Adam. I remember as a child my Gran had those half shaped pans. The house had a def vibe about it. You smelling smoke I think means maybe a spiritual entity approached you. I have heard other investigators say they could smell smoke and there was no source to be found of it but I've been told in the past that's what it is. Good responses on the necro. Well done Adam, top marks for this one. You were so respectful and polite when asking questions, this gets better a reply when you let them know you mean them no harm. I definitely heard footsteps and the voices were not angry with you being there. The two sided saucepan we used in London when I was growing up in the 50's, they fitted together on one ring of the gas cooker to save space and keep separate, some vegies took longer to cook than others and some needed to be placed in cold water and some in boiling water to cook properly. Say Hi to Lisa, stay safe 💕🇦🇺

Hi Adam, thanks for an amazing experience. I am speechless. It looks like something out of an Agatha Christie novel. The sudden smell of smoke in the room could be due to the deceased's old habits of smoking. Maybe there hadn't been a fire. Maybe the person had spent a lot of time cooking in the kitchen. The smell of the smoke is incredible. I once had a vivid dream of a relative of mine who had passed away. And in my dream I smelt her peculiar smell of when she had had an untreated infection. I had forgotten about that smell until I smelt it in my dream. I woke up immediately knowing she was with me in my bedroom. So your smelling smoke is very vivid. The voices were amazing. It was once a beautiful home and I believe 100% that the house is haunted. It's not a happy home. There are some restless spirits there. Thanks a million for an incredible experience. My greetings from Spain.

Right I’ve finished my ironing, swept 🧹 the kitchen floor, washing on the line, and bedroom cleaned. Cup of tea, a couple of Rich Tea biscuits, and you Mark. I think it was an older gentleman for some reason. They normally make the bed and settee higher as when you have a disability it’s easier for you to get up, than if the bed and settee is quite low. He/she obviously couldn’t manage the stairs in the end and had to sleep downstairs. What an arse to knock the front door in, what is wrong with these people? Do you know how long his home has been vacant? It’d be lovely renovated and brought back to life.

Here in Kansas USA we have early one room schools and early built homes and businesses from 1900's but everything that is real old is either been updated or torn down we don't have much to explore.

What a great video! From Wyoming, USA.
Most of our Victorian houses are on the east, west coasts, southern & biger cities. They are very different.
We lived in a home in Denver, CO, US; for many years built in 1898. There were always smells of cigarette smoke and old time parfume. We don't smoke. Our house was one of the first built on our block.
Thank you always for the great videos & take care, be safe!

Incidentally, please take note of Sarah’s message about cleansing after being in places like this…makes perfect sense.
Have been meaning to ask if you don’t already, then please just say a short prayer before going into these places, asking for protection, and similar when you come out, telling spirit that none may follow you home or attach themselves to you. You have done this for long enough now to understand what I’m talking about…they will drain you as well as your camera and equipment! STAY SAFE! Love mum2! 😘🙋‍♀️🙏

I'm newer to your channel so I'm catching up on your videos when ever I can I really enjoy them. The house in this video is pretty. Your right when you said people in the us probably don't see house like this. And I love how you have respect for things in the places you visit like when you picked up them photos off the floor so no one would walk over them.

This is your third video I've watched so far and I will be catching up. I wanted to thank you, Adam, for going through these explores without having to touch or pick up every little thing. Another explorer does just that, and worse, doesn't place it back in the same space or position. The last person who touched or placed the item there is now not the deceased owner. I like how you place objects into safer spaces, but you don't put your paws on everything. Thank you for these great uploads, watching from Florida USA. 💖

That was weird how that door moved like that. It definately seems there was some sort of presence going on. And the voices that come out of that Necrophonic App are so creepy and spooky. Fair play to you for keeping your cool and not being frightened to death by it. Your a real trooper. Well done. That place is definitely haunted and no I wouldnt live there. 👍.

Restored & blessed I think I could live there, it's a beautiful property, loved the split staircase 😍 old houses are so much more interesting with quirky features like these stairs & different levels. As someone else said you speak as you would to a person & that's how it should be, praise there home & being respectful to them & their property is definitely the way to go.

You're right about America not having too many existing abandoned Victorian homes. We do have some...but so much was destroyed by 1865. Some of our buildings did survive and they are the sturdiest of the pre-civil war structures. In Richmond Virginia I lived in a restoration row house that was actually 6 apartments. Solid as a rock! America is still an infant, though, compared to almost any other country on the planet. 😊 The UK and all of Europe seem to have much older homes and estates in general.

Very true. The ones left behind here are almost always vandalized and maybe not as well built? Then we have the horrible updates that ruined the house anyway.

The doubling up we used to have to do for my grandad to help him be able to get up. When they're too low, it gets hard for them to stand up, so that's probably why they did that.
