    Brown Halls renovation was really weird when moving in I was charged for all the amenities without them actually being completed by the time i moved out. that being said the Residence hall are not bad just I did not have a good experience there

    looks like a mess. the dorms are on top of eachother..for a rural university it looks like a city campus with how close everything is....if im going to a rural college i want some trees, country, walking trails, SOMETHING....i dont want building clumped together..PASS

      SDState’s central campus location is on over 320 acres in Brookings. Since 2009, our campus has been recognized as a Tree Campus USA institution for excellent campus forestry practices and conservation efforts. There are also a number of walkways on campus. The university is home to more than 12,000 students - large enough for those seeking a big-time campus feel, but yet not too big that students don’t feel at home.
