You are a gem sir🙏...these days I am waking up at 4am...over the time i realised...my focus should be on sleeping before 9.30(rather than emphasizing on 4 am wake up)....I wake up at 4 am without much struggle....
Absolutely right.. same here ! For me its almost 3 years straight that am getting up at 4 am without any alram. Key is Sleep early ! max delay for me is 10.30 or 11 pm otherwise 10 pm is my regular sleep time !

As i am watching this video i realized that i had started going to the gym as morning routine 2 months prior, and is on day 11 of 100 days of code. Is this the universe's way of telling me I'm on the right track?
I have a funny situation. I am very regular in one activity ( exercise). I do it as per my daily routine, no problem at all. I am a fully disciplined person. Apparently, because it does not involve my emotions. My other activity is share market trading. I have a system that I am supposed to follow. This is where I have trouble. Seeing profit or loss figures, I tend to become emotional and do not follow the system. I am unable to maintain discipline. On several occasions, I break the system. How do I eliminate the problem?
While I agree with the concepts he is talking about, having so many sprints a day makes you feel like a prisoner. We do that anyway when working from home and attending a series of half or full hour meetings.
