      Rajan Sir I am a big fan of yours. Please make a dedicated video on how not to depend on planning before every small tasks...this leads to overthinking, moodswings and thereby leading in delay of the task at hand. This eventually leads to more thinking and less working. How to stop being an overthinker

    Yes journaling does helps, I also used to do in my early twenties, keeping a log of all my activities, and other stuff.Now I lost track 😵‍💫

    What a great message -- Exprenice does not give learning , learning comes from reflecting on the expreince and journaling is a mechanisiam to reflect systematically on a regular basis . Anil Nahar

    I do journaling n it really works....while i was about to start this habit...i have seen so many videos on youtube...but there was no such a clearance on how to writing it ...aftr seeing this today felt so good... Your video is so Apt... 💯 Best video on this topic on youtube...👍

    Sir, these days due to covid pandemic I personally lost contact with all my friends, relatives and always have a urge to call someone, to talk to someone. I feel very depressed when I realise that there is no one around me with whom I can share my thoughts. This feeling of loneliness makes me sad, I feel so terrible, helpless and dependent on others as I need someone to share my thoughts with. And this you came with this video on "Journaling", a way I can share my thoughts on pen and paper and will feel that I shared my thoughts with someone and no longer need people for this. Honestly, this video came as a "Miracle" for me. May be this is God's plan. Thank you very much Sir. I am always in awe of your audacity, simplicity and such a deep knowledge about life and the talent of deriving life lessons with everyday experiences. Mozart in Disguise.🙏

    The book "Feeling good" by David Burns an old gem, has good techniques to journal automatic negative thoughts and rationalizing them. A simple yet effective way to thwart dysfunctional thoughts with rational thinking. To me thats the most desirable benefit of journaling.

    Yes Sir, journaling helped me in quit smoking. I used to write a paragraph after every cigarette i smoked. After few months I got a clarity and quitted.
