Thank you for the recipe and video! I made these today and omg they turned out great! They're not too sweet so even my parents enjoyed them :D. I still need to work on piping consistent sizes, but it turned out alright. Tip: use a food processor or blender to turn the oreos to finer powder consistency. Otherwise if you're using a small piping tip, a cookie piece can get stuck (which is what happened and I had to take all the cream out and switch to a bigger piping tip and new piping bag DX). I really recommend you guys to try the recipe yourselves!

I never tried making cream puffs with all purpose flour but there is a difference between cake flour and all purpose flour so I wouldn't recommend you try to substitute one over the other 😅 googling the difference between the two showed that you could make your own cake flour if you really can't buy it. Making cream puffs takes awhile so idk if you want to do extra work to try to substitute the cake flour.

Wow, that one was alot of work! The doughy part is confusing....you piped a big mound on the pan and then topped it with the flat piece. Then when it baked it was like it reversed itself....lolol Love you videos!

I tried to make it but I dont know why when i put the cream puff out of thenoven it turns like the cookie (the air gets out), but of I put it back to the oven it gets the desired shape. Does someone know what I am doing wrong? Any help is welcome!! Btw sorry for my bad English
I tried making these today and they weren’t very good 😞 the filling tastes decent, but my cookie was very melted and the choux didn’t rise properly (ones w/ the cookie caved inwards at the bottom, and ones w/o the cookie didn’t rise). The ones in the video look amazing, but I guess I messed up along the way.
Hopefully you can translate this. I think you can add sugar if you want it sweeter, but the crushed Oreo cookies probably have enough sugar in them that more sugar is unneeded. Plus there is sugar in the custard. You could probably mix the whipped cream with the custard and if you want it sweeter you could add powdered sugar.

레시피 그대로 따라햇는데 물론 성공햇고 너무 맛있지만 홈베이킹하는 입장에서는 계량을 반만 해도 될거같아요.. 가정용 오븐에서 감당하기 힘든 반죽량이 나와버려서 쿠키슈 18개 만들고 나머지는 다 버렸어요 (특히 오레오크림 엄청 버렷어요 아깝ㅜㅜ)
