I'd love to see a head to head comparison the new Trek Madone and this new Foil, but the Foil is definitely the nicer looking IMHO. Looks like Cerevelo rear and venge front, vs. Darth Vader Madone rear
I think the front end looks great. But personally I find this style of kinked seat tube where it hugs the rear wheel before straightening up just incredibly un-aesthetic/ugly. I know that it likely has aero benefits and is a case of form following function, but it still looks ungainly to me and lacks the classic elegance of other designs.It might be more forgiving on the eyes if it split (same as the seatstays) and flowed up either side of the rear wheel rather than having to deflect round the front of it, but I'm guessing UCI rules probably prohibit that...

New foil is heavier than previous one. SL version is lighter. Normal HMX frame and fork, more than 100g heavier.
