This explains why the state of preservation is so amazing AND also why a copy of the painting of Botticelli's 3 Graces which dates from 1486, can be found on one of the walls of the homes uncovered in Pompeii.
Medical(?) instruments were found with intricate machine produced screws, which apparently was first possible around 1600 ... fits your image pretty well.

Pompeii, Herculaneum and Vesuvius are shown on maps from 1570+1576. The later map shows the towns had grown in that period. Also, there are local records from about 1593 showing that they installed a large underground aquaduct in the middle of the city of Pompeii, and all the original wells and service portals from the original plans were uncovered later. Which means they were built at a time the city was supposedly buried and wasn't supposedly uncovered until 1748. And all the same cities were actually buried during an eruption in 1632, according to local records.
In the late 80’s a stone block fell out of the wall of an old German building that had survived the wars. The German government quickly learned that the stone and the mortar (grout?) had both been impacted by the car exhaust over the half a century or so from roads directly in front of and beside the building that had dropped that block onto the sidewalk below. The article was in English speaking news that was available at the time, but I don’t know who I was getting it from… hope that helps!

I agree, I've been thinking that a very similar thing happened myself for some time. Bradyseism is ongoing in the area. Look at Campi Flegrei on the other side of Naples. Pozzuoli is rising 2cm per month right now, with constant earthquakes due to the volcanic activity. About 6 , 7 years ago as i started with asking some questions i found some pictures on the net from signs around Pompeii and on this signs was a year of catastrophe like 1476 or 1487 or something in that range. But not a single one is still there , and i did not download them. I guess that in italy are real photos to find at some ppls basement or at a flea market. Great work static !

IV just travelled Italia and went to Pompeii and I climbed mount V solo (Spartacus trail)..also I rid a bike from Salerno to Sorrento along the Amalfi coast..I did all this in April and I went to the northern coast of Sicily...all of Italia's history is super suspect. I also went to Naples and the city has giant doors, the biggest in the whole of Italia...heraldry everywhere

Itz my understanding that people have known about the buried cities since before medieval times. The reason why the renaissance paintings resemblance roman styles is because the medieval painters would go lower themselves into these buried ruins and study the artworks. Here’s the thing. I’ve been to Pompeii and I s a pretty cool place to visit. In one home you come upon a painted mural on the wall of a large tray of fruit. You can say well Rick Romans liked fruit! Fair enough but you see right smack dab in the middle of that tray of fruit is a pineapple. Therein lies the rub. Pineapples are a New World fruit.

We’ve found some serious problems with radio carbon dating. Recently The Martin Fleischmann Memorial Project showed the world results from a test of material that was on the inside of a plasma generator. This makes sense, but my only question then is, what are we to make of the writing from Pliny the Elder, and Pliny the Younger, his son, who documented the eruption? 79AD is what the histories claim, is there some way to account for Pliny's first hand accounts out of Pompeii? I believe the man was dabbling with angelic mysticism, and perhaps harnessed some real "divine" super powers. Could such proof of human/angelic interfacing be why history is laid out the way it is? To remove the "chariots" and their "riders"? Btw Campania was my favourite region out of 13 Italian regions travelled....Casino is worth mentioning as the palace is amazingly beautiful also

This makes sense, but my only question then is, what are we to make of the writing from Pliny the Elder, and Pliny the Younger, his son, who documented the eruption? 79AD is what the histories claim, is there some way to account for Pliny's first hand accounts out of Pompeii? I believe the man was dabbling with angelic mysticism, and perhaps harnessed some real "divine" super powers. Could such proof of human/angelic interfacing be why history is laid out the way it is? To remove the "chariots" and their "riders"? I can't ignore the ancient ways that speak to my soul, and for me, this is a quest to find truth so I can understand some pretty odd encounters in my own life.
