It doesn't taste sour when made with mascarpone, so it's really good to eat while it's warm. It can be a bit difficult to find the baking temperature, but once you succeed, you can make it easily. It's soft and delicious, so I hope you succeed.

lg 디오스 오븐을 쓰고있는데요.. 저온에서 굽는게 잘안되는지 오랜시간을 익혀도 잘 안익고 속은 액체상태 그대로네요ㅠ 혹시 온도를 조금 더 높여서 익히게되면 수플레 느낌이 안나고 빵같은 느낌이 될까요..?
이분꺼 레시피가 알루미늄틀로 만드는거라 보통 원형틀로 하면 잘 안익더라고요... 더 오래 구워야 해요
