Two questions--- 1. Why were they given an eviction notice? It's NOT THEIR HOUSE! If someone is on my property, I tell them to leave. Period. I wonder how long they could have stayed if they hadn't been neighbors from hell. Chances are, folks in the neighborhood would have assumed they were renters. The original check bounces, then come the excuses. Most states will only give you 30 to 90 days. When they are evicted, they just move on to another property. Two questions---
1. Why were they given an eviction notice? It's NOT THEIR HOUSE! If someone is on my property, I tell them to leave. Period. I wonder how long they could have stayed if they hadn't been neighbors from hell. Chances are, folks in the neighborhood would have assumed they were renters. I'm guessing the landlord isn't nearby.
2. Why are they assaulting the reporter? As far as I know, it's not her house. She didn't tell them to leave. I have a feeling that if they'd talked to her and told her a sad story, every bleeding heart in town would have run over there with money.
So, here's the lesson. You can't be a bum AND an a--hole.
Srry that's not the law, if I move into a home that is just sitting and I immediately go change my address to that residence, after 2 weeks of living there I'm now a legal resident, same if you move into a girl's home and live there for a couple months, then she cheats on you and tells you it's time to leave, nope sorry sister you have to go to the court and get a 7 day notice to quit, then after that on the 8th day u can file eviction (which costs money) then I have 30 days to leave, and she can't make your life a living hell, such as make u sleep in the basement, or lock the fridge or not let u use things in the home, I know this cause I lived it, I made my cheating ex spend time and money evicting me, I also video taped her saying she will lie and say I hit her, so I showed that to police after she lied to them and she was arrested on the spot for filing false charges lol
