Oh God! I actually love this genuine, smart , nerdy side of Zach... Ill prefer this type of serious , motivating and enlightenung discussions of Zach to be a weekly thing
After hearing the story about his 3rd grade math test, it makes sense that he doesn't feel anything when he reaches these insane milestones. It's ingrained into his psyche that perfection is expected and anything less, even if its amazing, isn't worthy of reward.... I wish there was more content from high achieving, intelligent people about their childhood experiences.... I think it is a side that people dont discuss enough. I also love hearing about the things he is pursuing outside of dropouts.... very motivational.
Love this crossover! Zach is hilarious, if you watch enough of his videos you realize he's usually the smartest person in the room and everyone else is just catching up 😂
This guy is simply motivational. His point of view, his way of getting things done in life, his thinking. I mean you can see his wits through his provocative witty humor - but anyway, this interview was a gem. You inspire me!
Speaking on the delayed gratification, there are some stories from childhood that stuck with me, one of which was the story of the little red hen. Nobody tryna help with any of the steps like growing or milling the wheat, but everyone showed up to get a piece of the bread.
Yeah really interesting discussion Zach. I think you being confident enough to step away from your comedy in a public space will draw a new base of followers, and make those that are already fans feel more invested. Really cool.
as someone who dropped out in middle school I think this type of school would have been a much better fit. love that zach has such a interest in the future of academics
@zachjustice is genuinely an impressive guy. I love his comedy stuff but I also love seeing this side of him. Really love seeing his takes on the business world.
I’m an educator in Singapore! We have one of the best education systems in the world. We’re naturally extremely inclusive (racial & cultural-wise) but with the rising numbers of SPED students, schools are beginning to hire SPED trained teachers in classrooms. We also implement the use of technology, mascots, puppets (like Zach mentioned) in schools & our lesson plans are modified by individual teachers to cater to the interest of their target students (specific class/ hobbies/ fav movie/ fav theme & topic of discussion/ age group/ milestones etc). - even including tiktok trends (a little cringe ngl but hey the kids enjoy it so 😩😅🥹)

This is the kind of stuff I’d love to see Zach speak on more. I like the more serious stuff.

That's a side u don't always see from Zack
The k was a violation
interesting
i think zach is so smart
He was born in 1995 so technically he's a millenial but yea
How is 1995 gen z
The lines are blurred now a days with who falls in what category.
I think she was referring to his podcast being directed towards gen Z, not that he is part of it himself.
