Chasing New Exotic Species in Orlando | Part 2 of 2

Day two of my mini-Orlando trip took me to a little creek which is supposed to have both convict cichilds in it as well as variable platyfish, both of which would be new additions to my lifelist. After going through several eastern mosquitofish I finally saw one variable platyfish. While trying to get it to eat my redworm I pulled in my first ever convict cichlid. After going through many more convict cichlids and eastern mosquitofish over the next hour I was finally able to add a variable platyfish to my lifelist. Another day with two new additions to my lifefist. Orlando has treated me well these past two days.

The female actually gets the orange color with these guys. The males are bigger and more black and white
