I have seen people NOT medicate and just feed heavier and do more water changes. What’s your take on that?

The health that these things were in when i got them they wont survive. They might last longer but sadly won’t be able to live their long deserved life. I’ve seen bettas that looked 20x Better and healthier then these and die in a month or so.
