This may just be the most amazing meditation EVER! When we formed the yellow balls of light about our heads and shoulders and then connected them into a triangle, I felt an energy run through me that I had never experienced before; it was truly amazing. I did the meditation online, with a friend that lives on the other side of the planet and our combined energy was absolutely magical. Suchi, you are a fabulous teacher and I thank you for the work you do. Have you ever considered doing a LIVE meditation? Just imagine the combined energy of people from around the world, meditating together at the same time.... it would be incredibly powerful.

I’m not terribly good at visualisation so often struggle with that , but feelings ❤, th says what I have an over abundance of and I feel they have the capacity to destroy me . This was a very emotional experience for me and feel I have released the burden of generations of held back emotions . My throat chakra was the most heightened sensation , like I can be the voice for generations who could not be heard and those women around me who still aren’t being heard. I wait with eagerness for all your videos as it seems you reach right into my soul and bring out was trapped so very deep inside. For now there is raw emotion everywhere around me but I hope I can start to manifest the joy and peace that’s also lodged deep in my soul. I thank you for your insight , your voice which soothes my broken , angry betrayed heart 💜. I feel at peace when I hear your soothing voice. Namaste 🙏
Since the last meditation.. ur voice suchi , ur vibration .. ur soul energy has shifted & changed . Like u been through some pain/loss/betrayal.. which lead to a massive shift in ur soul to a higher realm !!
