The ceasefire in Gaza is entering a "new phase" as a second round of negotiations on the second stage of the truce is poised to begin on Monday. Because they r the descendants of Palestinians who were expelled by Israel during 1948. Israel passed the 1950 absentee law & law of return & so none of the 750,000 people have been able to come back, they have been expelled by Israel effectively. Now Gaza has been reduced to rubble by Israel & they have no food, they have been displaced forcefully again.
