Great target! Nice rifle and range. Good technique on holdover from prior POI 🤓, shot to shot. So, target starts with 190 seconds time. With single shot feed add 30 more seconds, for a total of 220 seconds for target total time. Or, 20 seconds per bull. You did the run in less than 90 seconds (87 seconds), or 7.9 seconds per bull😃! Super !
thank you! Yea i felt like I was rushing a bit but it turned out alright. Im definitely going to reshoot and try to take some more time and hopefully get some more X's.
Im back! Channel change and starting this channel lost me some of my people I sub to 😮 But I got ya back subbed man! Super awesome shooting, my friend!!! I love your rifle also. Nice range down there you guys got 😊👌 Nunya from Idaho here, by the way 😉
It doesn’t matter which scoring method is used as long as everyone understands and follows it, but I am still puzzled why it’s necessary to change from the system that has been used about forever: touch the line and get the higher score. When I see scoring schemes like this one that penalize larger bullets I wonder why .17 rimfire cartridges aren’t more common with them. Of course, this particular challenge uses an even stranger scoring system: touch the line, get the lower score. Except: remove the tiny center circle or touch the smallest optional targets and then the bigger bullets are better. Anyway, I’m always impressed with your results.
Your 2500 x bench rest 22 makes my Anschutz match 54 look cheap ! If you took your time that rig should hold the 10 ring @ 50yds no problem . That front rest probably costs more than my 54 .
I have an anschutz 54 1413 from the 1960s and it is one of the best rifles I own. The bolt is easily the smoothest bolt of any 22 rifle produced and it shoots amazing. I used it for competition for quite a long time.
I have no idea what a 2500x is, but that is some fine shooting right there! I'll try to shoot this target this weekend with a semi-auto. I'll be happy to keep all shots is the main circle!😅
Yea I saw that rule change after I had already shot. for only 90 seconds, i thought I did good enough with the single shot. will probably reshoot and take my time on the next one.
Looks like my math sucks and it should be a 152.
Great shooting, gorgeous looking range and beautiful rifle!!
Nice work 👍
Great set up !

Crazy good huh Scotsman
@Dayattherange Yes sir very impressive
Nice job! That rifle looks sweet! I don't understand his scoring but it's kind of like grading on a curve because nobody got a 100%.

The 2500x is the most common action used the top national shooters in ARA benchrest
I thinks its 190 for a magged rifle and 30 seconds per shot for single shot
