A bit dramatised but similar to some situations I’ve seen! 🤓😂

@@DavidMalan01 sometimes it’s necessary to get the point across.

    Good question 🙋‍♂️
Sir I feel that HR is responsible to know the perceptions of employees 🤷‍♂️
Wrong misconceptions are to be convinced & corrected with discussions.
Good perceptions are possibilities that can enhance the growth of the business
    Leading to employee engagement.
    I Loved the presentation ❤️ 👌
    Thanks for sharing 🤝

Thanks for sharing Isaiah! I think that HR should definitely understand the perceptions of employees but they should help leaders to do the same.
I’m glad you enjoyed the video!

Yes, Yes, Yes, Hr is responsible for employee engagement. And that's exactly why there's been no forward movement for decades. If you believe HR is responsible, how many CHROs have their compensations, indeed their careers, tied to improving employee engagement? CEOs don't do that because they know the CHRO has little impact on engagement. This is beyond silly. HR has all the responsibility but no authority; they cannot force change on disinterested leadership. Try to find any reports, research, white papers, or even marketing materials from the EE/EX experts citing their client's improved business metrics resulting from their work.
