[COVER] The National - The Alcott (ft. Taylor Swift)

Does anyone think this is the most underrated song featuring Taylor...? No one? Just me? Okayyyyyyyyy
But really The National brought out another distinctive facet of Taylor's voice. Something about the songwriting just fits Taylor's matured and melancholic vocals soooooo well, I honestly think this song tops Coney Island in terms of the emotional impact it brings. I don't know how to describe it but the love that is depicted through this song runs so profoundly. And it is another song that is again very difficult to cover because of its slow tempo; it's hard to make it not sound too drowsy and boring so I added more harmonizing vocals and percussion to layer things up so it wouldn't sound too boring (I hope).
(Sidetrack: does my forehead really look that big...? Is it because of my receding hairline...? Should I get bangs??? Ah...okay....I see how it is...ageing is a monster......)
