Review of and How to Install GILA Heat Control Window Film

For starters, this is not a paid endorsement, and I am not a window film installing expert...But I have had experience with it in 3 homes and I have to say it does not get less frustrating to install!!! Maybe I should rephrase that...If only I knew er, REMEMBERED what I learned after every installation! Completely separate the film from the backing before attempting to put it on the window.
Don't buy the application kit, make my own.
Oh, and buy a decent squeegee already ;P.
But seriously do this to your home's windows because, it really does make your home more energy efficient!
