I saw Jim about 5 years ago n had a bit of back n forth banter with him while he was on stage I don't think my old neighbours knew what they'd let themselves in for when I asked if they wanted to come with me but what a bloody good night it was n the neighbours loved it🤣🤣

i walked to work with my thumb out for 5 years 5 miles there five miles back and went back to the same place on a Friday and Saturday nights for a drink with my workmates it never did me any harm apart from the time some arsehole was not watching the road when he got to a bend and bounced me over the bonnet the roof and the boot i ended up with a small cut in my right ear and a few bruises and went back to work 3 days later
Jim said the BBC paid him £1 million to leave the Generation Game in 2002. However if you look at this date, 2004, he was still getting work on the BBC, even though when he now trashes the BBC, he seems to omit these comedy shows he did after Generation Game and Big Break were axed.
people go on about JIM but remember what he does for others even to this day in 2024 they named a lifeboat after him that's no mean feat he visited the troops all over the world (unpaid) and he still donates to charities these days most people cant match that i give a £5 to a homeless person if i see one when i go out but i don't go out much these days that's about it for me
@@john6904 It's not even that he's offensive I don't mind offensive comedy if it's done well. His jokes are just awful like the type of jokes a thick cunt would make down the pub.
I wonder how much was edited out of these performances, so it could be aired on television? Jim's stand up shows are really awful. His content on sex is just vile. Along with his usual outdated attitude towards gay people and his sexism. I am surprised the BBC even made this show.
@@johnsinclair3994 You don't get away with that - that is a classic example from people who are allowed to say such horrible things in the form of stand up, and you just palm it off as "don't watch it then". No, you don't get away with that. When your comedy is tailored to demean and insult certain people just because you can, no, you will not get away with that. Insulting someone's sexuality is pathetic.
I come from a lifeboat family from Eastbourne The Allchorn Family so i raise my hat to Jim to do this.
Remember this when it was first shown, wonderful tribute to the lifeboat guys 👌 love Jim!

BBC wouldn’t dare show this these days. They are a load of woke snowflakes. Jim Davison at his best. Brilliant. 😂
People don't not find him funny because they are "woke" (have you ever seen Jimmy Carr or Frankie Boyle?) It is more because - he isn't that funny.
@@thesocialmediascientistmbe you don't get to talk for everyone
Some of his jokes belong on the antiques roadshow.
Brilliant comedy
Love you Jim
