In Austria you can bring your pets in catholic churches for any event, marriages, christening etc,... I went to the same sex church marriage of two friends in austria and they both brought their dogs with them. I never felt more emotio9nal at a wedding not even the one with my wife and myself. Because i could see all the barriers being broken, it was animals rights, meet human rights, meet religious rights, all with the church and the state's blessings. That was amazing. My wife was crying from start to finish at this wedding, ass she had known the brides for over a decade and seeing them finally being able to get married in a church (as they are devoted catholics) and have their dogs with them (they are very active animals rights activists). It was like all was coming together. Plus both their families were there offering their most heartfelt blessing. It was amazing.
I have a long haired dachshund Sir Winston Churchill whom l think of as my son. He is my child. Love him with all my heart. We are buddies for life. ❤️😀
