This is quite possibly my most favorite of your videos. Jean treats you just as my husband treats me still strong after 27 years together. You are both lucky to have found each other. You are a beautiful and joyful person. 💖
Always do what is best for you, not what others think is right or best. No one else is living your life. Clearly, you are with a loving and compatible partner, a best friend which is key to a long and happy relationship. I’ve been with my husband for 19 years and he continues to be my person, my best friend and rock and we lived together for 2 years prior to getting married. I wish you both so much happiness and love.
Glad you are so happy and settled in your new apartment with a wonderful partner. Would love a part 3 of your apartment tour and to see your IKEA wardrobe all completed. ❤️
I would really enjoy watching you guys do meal prep on the weekends. That’s something I would like to do, but I’m never sure of an efficient way to do it.
I have seen some of these more traditionalist posts/videos etc. AND glad you know yourself and are confident within yourself tondo what you and your partner is best for the two of you. That is huge and a life lesson many don't quite learn. You both, from what you share, are good for each other. Enjoy the fun and life adventures! Best wishes to you and yours.
Appreciate each other is my advice - life alone after your spouse has died is simply awful! I had never been living alone until he died, and the world has become a scary place with many new things that baffle me. I had thought that friends and younger family members might assist me at times, but no - I am totally alone. There are surface type friendships, but mostly I am totally alone especially at night and over weekends. Our country is dangerous for a single woman to travel alone, even local trips are fraught with possible threats to one's person! I miss the weekly shopping trips we did together, the DIY sessions that were incredible fun over a period of some 47 years.....make the most of your time together, all else will settle around that, and it is good!
Your video made me smile and I am so happy for your relationship! I was very traditional and moved in only after getting married. Luckily it was to the right person. However, my traditionalist views have changed over the years and I completely agree with your points. Good for you for listening to your gut. All the best to you both, and kudos to a great UA-cam channel 😊
God created us to be better in pairs. Life is easier with the right person by your side. As a 61 year old widow I truly miss all the things you speak about in this video.
Living together is living together - married or not. Anyone who tells you otherwise, is a fantasizer. If marriage serves little purpose in your life: civic, moral, spiritual, other (at this point - or beyond), why do it? 🌻
I don't understand the logic of "waiting till marriage"- if living with him sucks, you can then make the decision to NOT spend your life with him (also- you can spend you're life with someone without marrying them, just saying). I think the most important thing is that you have the option to leave him.
I think it’s interesting that him and I are able to work so well together despite having been raised in a different culture and language. That being said I don’t refer to him as my French boyfriend, it’s just in the tittle 😂
I remember the time you had your bike accident and Jean rushed from his work to support you when you had to go to the emergency. I thought "what a guy"🦸
I really love the love that you have with Jean. Don't listen the other people. What makes you happy is THE MOST IMPORTANT

He is a keeper for sure and he’s as lucky to have you as you are him.
You’re both so lucky! He is a keeper

Is this possible to show meal prep. Happy Videos.
Your relationship sounds wonderful. You are very lucky. It makes life so much easier when you both have common interests.
Nice to see you thriving! Thanks for sharing about your move in relationship, sounds like you both back each other up.
As an outsider: he is very supportive, kind& sweet. Great guys

Jean, if you're smart - PUT A RING ON IT!
You are so thoughtful and articulate - a delight!
Next time you do a haul, i would love links.
This was a great video, happy for you and hope that you both have similar goals for the future as that can be a relationship killer.

Just by seeing him a little in your videos, he seems 'aware' & considerate, but I could be wrong.
You sound like you found your forever man❤ this is what a marriage is made of.

I have to say, I’m always confused by the fact you referred to him as your French boyfriend. Isn’t he just a boyfriend?

@@Ariellelaparisienne Ah! Ok. I get It! Regardlesss, you’re a cute couple! Your apartment is looking very nice! ❤️🇨🇦
Those are all the wrong reasons for living together.
