Kit Connor’s performance as Nick is phenomenal ! All his years as a child actor have paid off in this performance. He is destined to be one of the great actors of his generation . Heartstopper is a great series played well by all the actors.
Actually the best moment for me is when Nick says "I don't wanna break up". If I were Charlie, I really don't care what he is going to say next and I will do everything to let him know that I wish to have him forever as well. ❤️

One of the less-recognized of the (many) kind things Nick does is when he gently rescues the discussion of the Elle/Tao setup by explaining the idea for the triple date (starts at 3:58 here, though some of the scene is skipped). Granted, I can't be entirely sure he did it to calm Elle, but it worked regardless, and is now one of my top 20 favorite scenes.
Nick's scenes with Imogen the day after he cancelled on the date are so outstanding. What an amazing performance by Kit Connor. Such a realistic portrayal of vulnerability and emotion.
Omg I just binged watched it yesterday from midnight to 6am with my mates and it was amazing just brought back some memories back when I was a gay little Asian teen and went through something similar 20 yrs ago lol can't wait to see series 2 ASAP plz av become obsessed and addicted with the show x ps read the webtoons on tapas and loved the future episode set 10 yrs later and it was amazing (no spoilers)
