When you use the nood, make sure the flash hits everywhere you want it to work. You place it, flash, then move up, flash, etc. So just dragging it up the leg without stopping means it will work only in the spots it flashed.😊

I have been using hair masks and hair oil instead of styling products for around a year now and have noticed a bunch of hair growth near my hair line. I love it!
My mama heart gets it. I held on to my daughter’s baby stuff for a long time. Even moved with it which was a mess but honestly when I passed it a long it felt so good. I think holding on to a few small things is nice because my mom gave me things from my childhood that I gave to my daughter.
What I’ve been focusing on is living in the now and what serves our current season. ❤
I agree about change❤ I just recently did a massive closet declutter and I didn’t realise how much stuff I had! It’s hard to do but once you start it gets so much easier and I filled up over 5 trash bags to donate!

I've worked out all my life, and as a 53 year old I want something low intensity and stretchy, lol!! I feel also intimidated by the reformation machine but listening to you with the same concerns I feel less unsure! hahahah! thx for sharing real life thoughts and moments A! Highly recommend hobby lobby for the pictures in Forrest’s room! We did western theme in my little ones room and they had the best stuff!
New bed for sure!! I’ve had my new 3.5 year old in a twin bed since she was 18 months!! I got an under mattress bumper so it was more esthetic lol. Or you can use a pool noodle. I removed it when she was 2.5 and she’s never fallen out of her bed!

There is a gal I follow here on YT. She lives in the UK. she has 3 sons. They moved into their home a few years ago. They did a 100% renovation and created their perfect dream home.
Each of their sons' rooms are so very cool! The middle son, Caleb, has my favorite room. They had a headboard built in the shape of an A-frame over his full or queen bed. The boys have the beds that lift up for more storage! Those are so cool! There's 2 tone paint, checkerboard print duvet cover & sheets, desk & chair for school work, chair for reading, dresser, blinds. I just LOVE it! I thought you might enjoy taking a look at these 3 boy bedrooms. They are ages 14,11, and 7,I believe. She just posted a video on their home renovation a week or so ago. It would be easy to find if you wanted to take a peek.

You're welcome! Her husband Matt had some brilliant ideas like dog washing sink w/warm water outside, so pup is clean before they bring her inside.
Drawers are rigged as charging stations, so there's no mess out on top of the counters. All the beds have hydraulic lifts so the kids can get more storage in their room. All dishes are stored in drawers for easy reaching and putting away.
One washer/ drier unit downstairs to wash dog bedding, rugs, kitchen towels, couch throws, etc. Dyson vacuums on each floor so wife doesn't have to carry them up and down the stairs. She meal preps for easy dinner decisions. They are a great family!

We went straight from a toddler bed to a full sized bed for my son when he got his "big boy" bed, and have had no issues. No falling out of the bed or anything. 😊

Pilates will change your whole life! I did a few months of going to an actual place but then figured I’d just buy my own machine off Amazon (I paid $400 for mines but compare it to $229 a month for a membership…it’s a no brainer!) & LOVE being able to just do it whenever I want.

I just moved to Florida. Been here for about two weeks. I’m still adjusting. I have to look for a new hairdresser. Stores are not close, which is something I was used too. So that is a big adjustment.

Advice on the cheese , put it in water ( cover it completely) and it will last longer. Make sure it to use a clean knife every time as well. I buy feta cheese from the Mediterranean stores and they usually have them in a big can like container with water. It lasts a few weeks
It's more like saline, like water + table salt. Otherwise, the water will drain all the salt from the feta.

I think on Instagram she says pretty often that she is one and done. I could be wrong but that’s how I’ve taken it.
Makes me sad but I understand. W e just had our second when my son was 3 and any age is a good age gap. I was an only growing up so always wanted two. I would love the content though. 😅 but it only worked for us since my mom helps.
