Got back a week ago. Was nice food was hit or miss. The breakfast buffet omelets where good. Bacon no. Either not cooked or black. Not exaggerating. Just got to order the right things. Pool service food and room service food was good. Blackin salmon was good at the fancy upstairs restaurant. Pizzaria was good. Their risotto was Topps. I think I like the dreams in playa del Carmen a little better though and the food. And it was in a gated community with marina, dolphins and liquor store and other stores and restaurants. the beach here was better though. A bit smaller but better swimming I think it's a little safer in Cozumel. I'd go back for sure though! Was a good time! Would recommend going for sure.

Can you tell me a little bit more about the accessibility for people with reduced mobility? What I mean, are there too many stairs to go into the restaurants or to go down to the swimming pools or the beach? Thank you in advance!

How did you get around? Do they have a taxi service?
Taxis are available in Cozumel.
This place is a joke! Food is awful. It’s noisy and there are paper thin walls. There is no management whatsoever and everything they try to sell you is just a lie
