Dear Khaled Abdul Wahab, Asalaamoualaikum, does a husband have to give talaqq, if he found out that his wife has committed zina with her Sikh manager and the extra marital relationship is still continuing even after a year that the wife left home, and left the husband to look after the two children? The wife has also filed for British law divorce and is using the reason for unreasonable behaviour even though she committed zina. Does the husband need to give talaqq after British law divorce or he can give now? Jazak Allah Khair.

Why it should be painful? I won't stay with a man that i don't like anymore... Is so easy, sometimes ppl stay with the partner for the sake of their kids. But they don't understand that kids are so sensitive and they feel that something wrong and they suffer in silence, is way better get a divorce, and make them living in a good environment
It's not painful for women, because most women are the ones that ask for it

I listen to mufti menk when my eman feels the weakest. Haven't been finding khuzu in prayer since ages and listening to him makes me feel better somehow.
I think one of the most cases peoples not finding khuzu cs of they just like not wish anything. You need to have a purpose buddy. And by asking Allah will, it will only happen then you will find khuzu.
Most peoples now days already set up of mind for their daily. But in Islam, we need to be better person for everysingle day. Whether its from economic pov or others. You need and can do a lot with Allah will.
Like Prophet Muhammad said to guarantee our neighbors for food, in a scale of 40 houses in every direction. He set up a big target like that for us, cz he want us to had a way to keep forward. Not to mention of all poor peoples in our nations.

there is been a misconception in india..that ... if the woman wants to get back with her FIRST husband after the talak procedure is completed...does she have to absolutely marry a another person and have to get talak for the second time with second husband,...before getting back to his old husband...

Where I live people have this misconception that islam allows you to treat your wife like a slave and oppress her and the funny thing is women accepts it, because they say it's the saying of Allah. This is what islam says!
And it's very difficult to explain them things.. Because that's how they have been brought up.. That's what they have been taught and that's what they are gonna pass to the next generation. I've seen so many muslim girls leaving their families due to the very reason. And blaming islam!

It does not matter if he admits it or not. The divorce is complete in the sight of Allah. The woman should IMMEDIATELY separate from him and should remarry. And get the family involved EVEN SO THE COURT so that there is no fitna.

If he says divorce at once for 3 times like talak, talak, talak it still counts as 1one divorce and not as complete 3 divorce. Even if he denies saying it. And the divorce has taken place once and 2 more talak left.
You should separate from him and go to your family to wait out the Iddah period. Unless he comes to take you back and both of you can continue to live with each other properly.

Rejaur Khan it’s when talaq was issued the second time, and you wanted to get be married to the ex husband but you cannot marry him again bc you must marry someone else and be divorced from that second husband so you can once again marry that first husband but what she mentioned is wrong to do! It’s when both parties marry whoever just got the sake of marrying so they can divorce them and be halal to marry the first husband again...

@@AtharAfzal if couples are having issues on their marriage, the worst thing they can do is create a distance...once you do that Shaitaan becomes stronger, mind you my ex wife family practices Islam strictly or at least that's what they show, they do 2 - 3 umrahs a year, have siblings who do hijab and hafiz ul Quran, but they didn't do much to save their daughter's marriage, Allah knows what happened there was some arguments but nothing insane that lead to divorce. I asked her let's go to Imam and if he tells me that you are damn wrong I will fix myself but would you? She said I don't need to go to imam, only you should go and learn your wife's right in Islam. I am not perfect and we were in a stage of building relationship, I don't know what happened. Didn't see any commitment whatsoever!

😭😭😭 Am very sad 😔 right now, humans can be so wicked. If I remembered the way I was sacked like a peace of trush from my matrimonial home, is only Allah that has been my strength. Divorce is very painful and men are really ungrateful....one minute they are in a hurry to marry you, the next second you will be like a witch, devil to them. Allah has mentioned divorce but Mufti Menk, Wallaahi we are not doing what Allah says and what Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said. No wonder most men are cursed by some women due to their pain and maltreatment while divorcing and some men look miserable after. Some parents and Imams are so corrupte bcos they say: "he is my son and I love him, he is my blood relation, he is the bread winner of the family etc, so we have to support his decision and the way he wants things to be done" which is not fair. Truth is finished in this world. People show love, care and feel pain for "ONLY" what they call theirs and no one else. Life with Islam is so simple and beautiful but we are surrounded by oppressors who are making life difficult for other. But Allah is the Basir and to Him I put my trust. May Allah guide us and be with us in our happiest and saddest moments in our lives 🙏.

Salamoo 3alaikum Mufti, I have a friend who's ex-husband will not pay her Mahr and it has been a few years since they got divorced Islamically. He was oppressive, verbally, and emotionally abusive - she had to leave for her mental wellbeing and Alhamdulillah she is better mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. Her family members have tried to receive her Islamic rights but he refuses, does he suffer punishment from Allah, what are the implications if a man does not pay the Mahr? This seems to be a common practice, especially in the last few years. Please advise.

@@KS-cl8br its the process of nullification of a marriage requested by a woman to a panel of scholars. My understanding is that a Khula requires the husband's agreement however not the Faskh-i-nikkah.

Its really common in India, its called Teen Talaq (saying 3timesTalaq to devorce a woman).
These shameless men marry, fulfill their wish and just say talaq talaq talaq and its over, they leave her and then they put their eyes on someone else.
They know that this rule of 3 times talaq has been eliminated, its not like how it works but they still follow and do this as this provides them advantage.
They are transgressing against Allah by not following His commandments and twisting the teachings of Islam to suit their wordly desires. They are PUNISHABLE in sight of Allah. And surely they WILL be punished if they donot repent and make up the loss.

Is it allowed for women to ask for divorce right at the time of nikkah?
In pakistan, nikkah papers have a section that says the man can give women the right of divorce. If women has that right than according to pakistani law she doesn't have to ask for khullah or nullification of nikkah through qazi.

It only counts when you say each talaq word 3 times repeated in 3 Not all 3 in one sentence

Saying talak, talak, talak doesn't count as three talak, it still counts as one talak. Neither does, I give you all 3 at once count as 3 talak.

@@hayaaahmed2299 it is counted as one because according to authentic hadeeth, three talaaqs at once was strongly despised by the Prophet Muhammad PBUH
@@irishcowboy6908 yes Mufti sb explained it very well. For someone actually out of senses, talaaq doesn't occur. It has to be in presence of witnesses who will not only witness the talaaq but also witness one's sanity and healthy state of mind.
I didn't know this even though I'm a Muslim!!! In India so many men divorce their wives like that using 3 talaqs at once. Shame on them ! Knowledge is so important.

I gave divorce to the ex-wife as she did Sihr/ Black Magic m.
Now i have given up to remarry as trust & loyalty exists on paper not in reality. If i want to marry again, then i will marry in Madinah tul Rasul Ul Allah SAWS at Masjid Nabwi SAWS.
Mufti Menk do duaa for i get married in Madinah, that Allah Grants me a wife & children that become a sadaqa jaariya which takes me closer to Allah Rasul Ul Allah SAWS Quraan Sunnah Jannah & respect honour love defend contribute to Muslim Ummah, humanity human feelings human beings.
If i have to live in a desert as a bedouin, then that is better than a life in an enslaved western Imperialistic mindset.

Nowadays if you aks otherd for help they will make it only worse. It is a problem that there is no one to turn to anymore that can be trusted and who has the intention to keep the marriage together.
This is the exact reason why a woman has been commanded to limit going out of the house during her iddah. If she steps out during iddah and people know it, then the man will be hitting on her getting her to sleep with them, and the women will be brainwashing her against her husband so that the two do not reconcile.
