Hey guys, before I write anything on here, I just want to clear up any confusion, YES I DID USE ANTARES AUTOTUNE FOR PITCH CORRECTION DURING THIS SONG. There, now I shouldn't see any comments about whether or not I used autotune in the song, because I am admitting to it right now. I used it because the song has a bit of a Vocoder feel to it, so I thought I'd bring the pitch correcting, "robot sounding" element to this, while making the vocals a little more pop punk. I think it came out alright, but let me know how you think it came out in the comments!
This song is the perfect definition of a song that took me waaaaay longer to cover that it did to finish the game. I started this song around the beginning of the summer, finished it about halfway, and finally got around to editing the video now. It took me maybe 2 days to beat Sonic Colors. Nonetheless, I'm really glad I did this song. A lot of people don't give this song enough credit, saying it's like something out of Disney, but I really like this song a lot, it's very upbeat and uses some ii and vi chords that sound really well together. Who knows, if you guys like this song, maybe I'll do another vocal one in the future!

This is the absolute best cover of Reach For the Stars I have ever heard. Fantastic vocals, kickass bass and guitar tracks, and the backing is stunning, too! Definitely subscribing, because I absolutely want to hear more!
There are songs where auto tune is used terribly wrong, this is not one of those times. It actually doesn't rape the ear, not even a little bit. Sick stuff Andrew.

Amazing cover man! The best part was the little medley of past Sonic songs! I heard Tails' theme from Sonic Adventure, Green Hill Zone, Seaside Hill, and of course Reach For the Stars. Probably missed a small reference in there somewhere, but whatever... I play way too many Sonic games if I can pick all of those out like that... Then again, I guess that's not necessarily a bad thing!

This cover is more nostalgic than the official one for me.
(I think the reason for that is because I never got the gam as a kid. So I would watch the cutseenes and listen to the music from it back then. This was the only one I heard the least and only kept to myself as a kid. Coming back to it years of not hearing it is insane! This is Soooo Nostalgic I am not joking!!)
(I remember the feeling of when I first heard of colors. This gives off the same vibe today! [To me, nostalgia is the feeling of innocence you had as a kid suddenly come back to you as an adult,, the memory of a simple life, a past life you had before growing up] If that isn't nostalgia, I don't know what is.)
