    G'Dongalay "G'Berry" Berry, along with co-defendant Christopher Davis, was convicted in the 1995 murder of 12-year-old Adriane Dickerson in an assumed drive by in a Mega Market parking lot in Nashville, TN. The convictions were later vacated after lawyers presented evidence that the key prosecution witness who claimed to have been along for the ride was in a juvenile detention center at the time. Though his death sentence on a subsequent case has been overturned, Mr. Berry remains on death-row while awaiting a decision as to if he will be granted a new trial or be re-sentenced.

That's not your place to take part in murdering in return. Blood is on your hands from the people who sit on the jury, the judge that reads the verdict on down to the person who administers the drug and person who straps the person down you are all accountable and will answer for it may God have mercy on your soul. Now before you comment something stupid note that I didn't say he was innocent or made race a part of my opinion.

The murderer was the judge, jury and executioner so why should I care about his rights? He didn't give any rights to his victim, their family, or his family.

      Melissa Garrett I feel as though we pay for alot of things that we shouldn't pay for without knowing all the facts of why!!! However we don't have a choice but to pay thru the tax we pay into. Its been far worse cases and the murderer is serving life without parole! My point is don't do it for one and NOT the other THERE is NO in between when it comes to Murder. The system in which you speak of don't always get it RIGHT even in the guilty verdicts. If they not going to treat all Murderers child predators rapist ECT THE SAME ((WHY)) pick AND choose who lives and who die????? Melissa I just like for things to make sense that's all.

    Damn, this man was telling the truth. The guy was locked up when he supposedly was in the car with this man when they shot and killed the little girl. He may have been a murderer but he didnt murder that girl. it does no justice to put a man on trial for a murder he did not commit when he was already locked up for a different murder. The prosecutor did a disservice to the family of that little girl. Look for the real damn killer or killers. This happens way too much in black communities. Prosecuter gave the people what they wanted, a black face and known gang member. Sad

    • @MrEvanfriend
      @MrEvanfriend 7 років тому +5

      Just because the witness didn't actually see him do it doesn't mean he didn't do it. I'm sure he did. He's also on death row for two other murders. No prosecutor is going to waste his time trying a condemned inmate for an additional murder that he didn't commit, much less framing him for it. A witness who perjures himself is grounds for overturning a conviction, but it's far from evidence of innocence.

    This is what happens when you put such an empty head in a cell with his case files so he can then spout them word for word without no thoughts for anyone but himself.its a shame that killers dont just say" fair enough i deserve to die for what i did and can you make it quick cos id lije to do my best to reduce further suffereing to my victims families"

      @Donnell Okafor yes he was. What’s so bs with that? He was a guard at Brushy Mountain. He even was a guard at the time James Earl Ray was there. He told me that James always told him he didn’t do it. He claimed that up until James died. My dad would say I believe him. He goes why would he say that if it wasn’t true. He was already found guilty of Killing Martin King so it wasn’t going to make it any better or what worse. So my dad always thought he was telling the truth on that.. Anyways it ain’t bs bro!

    • @angelanetherton8240
      @angelanetherton8240 2 роки тому

      @Donnell Okafor now if you thought I meant I’ve been in there many times as a prisoner yes that be bs. I meant I went there many times due to my dad working there. I also dated a guy that lived in same town as that prison so we drive up there all the time looking at it. It was just creepy looking at. Looked like an old castle. I don’t think it’s even open anymore or they remodeled it I can’t remember. My dad was way gone before that happened. Now he worked in three different prisons they were in Tennessee . One was in fall creek falls area. I don’t know which prison it was he would talk to James earl ray in I’ll call and ask him and let you know. The other was in Nashville I do believe. I’ll have to ask him more cause he told me this years ago and I only remember bits and pieces . I just don’t remember all the prisons he worked at is about all .
