    This refreshing lemon tart is going to lift you up during these hot summer days!

    Lemon jam
    300g lemon peel and lemon pulp (about 3 lemons)
    300g sugar
    1/4tsp vanilla bean paste
    1/4tsp grand manier
    Tart crust
    120g unsalted butter
    80g powdered sugar
    200g all purpose flour
    30g almond powder
    2g salt
    40g whole egg
    Lemon curd
    75g lemon juice
    1 zest of lemon
    80g sugar
    100g unsalted butter
    150g whole egg
    Thyme or rosemary (Option)
    Whipped cream
    250g cream
    20g sugar
    1/4ea vanilla bean

    Powdered sugar : Domino 10x
    Vanilla bean paste : Nielsen-Massey Pure Vanilla Bean Paste
    Orange liquor : Grand Marnier
    Hand Blender : Breville immersion blender
    Silicon mat : Silpat Silpain mat
    Tart ring : Silikomart Perforated tart ring, 3.14” diameter
    Cutting board : John Boos Rustic Edge Walnut Cutting Board 13"x12"

      안녕하세요! 댓글이 너무 늦었네요, 죄송합니다!
      타르트 벽이 무너지는건 여러가지 이유가 있을수 있는데, 구우실때 오븐 온도가 낮거나, 반죽이 두꺼워서일수도 있구요, 아니면 틀에 성형하실때 타르트 반죽이 들떠서일수도 있어요. 여러가지 시도해보시고 또 궁금한점 있으시면 댓글 주세요~☺️
